need some help :)

Hello everyone! , my name is Matias , i'm from Argentina and i'm 30 , my english it's  not good enough so apologize about that .

The reason of my first post in this GREAT forum , that i been reading not too much but a lot, it's about some issues about trying to bring my ex girlfriend back.

I start with LOA many years ago , around 2006 , i don't remember exactly. just like many of us i start my journey discovering "the secret" movie, this movie  does not teach me too much new things BUT put in order almost EVERYTHING that i "suspect" about life , and things and theories that a realize just observing life , people etc.

To keep short (maybe i'll be writing another post telling my story) , i applied LOA succesfully MANY times , with people , jobs , situation .... it's not easy but a managed it.

I meet this girl and we start a beautifull relationship , sooo natural, with some pit and falls (not sure if it's right in english), but a beutifull relation.


Now , almost 3 month of the breakup i'm doing all about LOA , relax (beach , it's summer over here, fishing , friends , sports , lose some weight), focus , doing my stuff , work , but there is something in me , i can't explain , some fear in my guts , i'm nervous , i have no doubts about LOA because i see miracles MANY MANY times and i know what we can do.

Like never before i have problems with the letting go part , i think is because i'm VERY in love with her.

And yes , it could be the fear of "if i let go maybe she will not come back" i know that's not true! that's the thing , but the fear is there.

i need some help to , more relaxing? .... more focus on other things , i have huge imagination power and some times that's a good thing but other times plays against me.

drcarmocha  aww you know i would tell you to accept the fact she's gone, accept her for who she is ask deeply from yourself, write down or say to yourself about the most wonerful things about her, since we are all connected when you send somebody good/bad vibrations they feel it and respond. Trust me i attraced bck my ex  he himself talked to me. I consider going thru all the dee level thoughts fellings in your heart love yourself belive it 1-10 how much do you belive? improve little by little don't be desperate over ad over again, stop asking sooo much, first deal with your self, then ask clearly be clear aout what you want then slowly let go, tell yourself happn or not thank you very much do it slowly you will have results, i think stop visulazing fr awhile get rid of all the dodudts and fear do EFT fr that and or quieting mind this  help me ten just wait. When the result comes it will be easy on you it flow through you.

Thank you kavinde9 , i must say I BELIEVE , because i saw how it works many times for me and other people , big things , small things .. always worked.
I know that right now it's not easy for me to let go , just sometimes , a little bit , i accept that she's gone , but i know deep inside me that we will be thogether .. i feel it.

As i say before , i'm doing a lot for me .... i'm in contact with meditation to because i'm martial arts practitioner , it helps A LOT , i enjoy nature and thats what i do , i enjoy to be alone in the middle of nowhere , spend time in silence.

The part that is hard , it's when some thoughts just appear , mostly of how our relationship turns bad , because for me it's incredible how all the beauty changes in less than 3 month , at the point that i think that the girl who break with me was not her !!!! , never in person just phone.

I have a LOT of good things about our relationship, and in my 30 years of life i know for sure that i meet THE girl , like she said many times "you are the man of my life" "if there is someone on this earth with i want to have a family is with you" .

without doubt she has avery part of the body and the soul that i ever whish. i accept the fact that we are not together in the physycal form right now , but it's just amoment in time.

Another thing is that few days or weeks after the breakup i was more relaxed and calmed, and the universe give a lot of signs , right now nothing happens , but it's ok.

Right now i found that seeing her on msn cause ... dispointment? ... frustration , anxious .

I been offline a lot off time , during vacation here , but i work with mny clients on msn , and a few minutes ago a saw her connected , with weird nicks and pictures .. etc , she stay online a few minutes .

I know , all of those things don't have to put me on this state , because i have the power , but cause me impact .. too much . right now i don't know how to handle it , and i know that if  i don't let go or detach i'm pulling her away from me.

I have no contact at all , since 2 month and half or so , and i know that my emotions and detachment right now must different , but it's not .

I feel like in a rollacoaster , just with one second to see something about her , the most difficult part for me is that i know she's the love of my life , and i can't do anything ... not talk to her , don't contact her in anyway ... just because she was the one that said "it's better to cut al contact" , and i respect that .


Too many emotions for me.
