My story, nearly two months later.
« on: March 08, 2010, 08:15:51 AM »
Hello everyone!

Today I would like to tell you all how I have been progressing, ever since two months ago when I was dumped by the woman I loved most.

Perhaps it happened subconsciously, via prolonged exposure to positive material, but from yesterday onward, I feel like I have finally reached a point in which I can.........let go. I am able to feel comfortable with myself and others that are not my not-so-former partner.

What's more, I am able to, in my spare time, send her truly loving [as opposed to LONGING] thoughts. I am able to truly picture us together, in a far stronger relationship. All along while feeling genuinely good.

By now, I am ABSOLUTELY SURE I belong with her, and she with me. It is my deepest desire to share my happiness with her [and not any longer my misery and my problems], to have tons of love to give to her.
Your continued breathing is the very sign you are a wonderful being who still can add value.
I hope that takes away doubts about your selfworth.

Actually....I would also like to make a post with my fullest understanding, after weeks of reading about these sorts of things.

There is a book called the Vortex, by Ester Hicks, maybe you should get it and read it.

I will warn you, the Hicks are not into attracting a specific person, but they do have some good insights for being in the now, and letting go and being in harmony.

By now I know just what to pick and what to discard from everything I read. Thank you very much.

And, speaking of Hicks, I actually do have one of their books, the one that says "Ask and it is given".

Yes!  I too, have learned to pick what things fit with my personal way of working the law of attraction, and what things don't.

The hicks have their own forum, the abeforum.com, which is great.

They have many great books, and many, many great videos on youtube.

One video in particular talked about how you simply have to let go of the outcome, focus on yourself and on feeling good, creating positive, fun, playful experiences for yourself, no matter what.  and when you have a thought that is negative, don't be afraid of it, just think of it as contrast, and say to yourself, that is what I want NOT, I want NOT this, and then move on to something else that DOES make you happy. :)

Also, I will share with you a tidbit that affected me a great deal.

In their book "The Law of Attraction", the question was discussed about if you have 2 or more teams competing for something, like in a basketball game, or the Olympics, where you have many people wanting to win, and vying to win the prize, the ONE gold medal - and say they are all beleivers of the law of attraction, they all have focused their intentions

which one will win?

Abe says that you shouldn't complete with anyone, because competition implies lack. And we live in a full, prosperous universe where there is plenty for everyone, and no limits

but just in case you DO find yourself in competition, the person who wins will be the one who wants to win the most and the one who is the most clear and most free. :)

Funny you say that about competition. Today I was [even if jokingly] referred as competing with another for a female's affections. I said something like "Who is competing? Probably just him, because I am not, I just...talk."

Hehe... I guess it's Hicks' day today, cause I too visited their site :)
I was wondering a lot while listened some audio files there, especially this is what I hear over and over: if you think about something enough times, if you really badly want it, you will get it. No matter what.
Well, Amen :D

Well, her birthday is tomorrow. That is the deadline by which I have to attract her back.

Today worked wonders in what feeling good is concerned. I had my first sheer and utter laughter attack in YEARS. Afterward I was able to easily and happily picture is a better relationship than ever.

This is what I am betting everything on. This is what I most want the LOA to work on me for.

FELLOW VISITORS, LEND ME YOUR ENERGY! I WANT TOMORROW TO BE THE DAY!!!  :D :D :D

It looks I am not YET powerful enough to manifest yet..

Her birthday came and went, and she herself did not materialize. Oh well. I will have to develop a stronger vibration, or something.

However, I met someone, to whom I was able to speak fondly of her, and wanted to do a good deed, so I recommended one of her works, as this person is a dedicated artist, just as her.

...it is entirely up to me to decide whether I blew up or came a step closer to manifesting by doing the latter, right?

I've been practicing focusing on my positive thoughts for a couple of weeks now....however I will need more help and energy!
There's an event tomorrow night that I organized and he still has not purchased tickets to come to the event....I believed with all my heart that he would come since all his coworkers are coming...but I don't know why he hasn't purchased his tickets yet....
I really do want him to come to this event since I spent so much of my energy and time on this wonderful event and want to share the enjoyment with him....

Even others he knew before me online have not seen or heard from him and a loner/introvert he didnt have many rl friends other than fam and men he worked with in a factory setting.  Not even ever a serious rl relationship and only had a handful of ppl online he could trust.
