What I am saying is not that the law of attraction is not valid, but only that the view - taken by most authors in this field - that there is a difference between attracting a specific person and attracting your perfect relationship or something else than a person is not valid. In fact most authors claim that you cannot attract another person if that person doesn't in the first place want to be attracted to you, because that would interfere with free will. What I am saying is that this cannot be true, or if it was true it would be relevant to everything you could attract and basically you would not be able to attract anything (or only very few things). I know that virtually everything in my life has been in my thoughts before it manifested in my reality, som I don't doubt the power of thoughts. I only say that if you can manifest anything, you can basically manifest everything - also you old lover to come back or that new lover you only got a glimpse of at the train station yesterday. The difference is probably only in you own mind.

I havent read this whole thread but I did read the bit about attracting your exes back. I read and try to learn about LOA as much I can. LOA doesnt take away your free will. Theres a strong power of influence but everyone still has a right to choose. When you want love maybe you want a specific person such as your ex. It is your job to think about the positive aspects about the person and what the positive aspects about the relationship. Once you become a vibrational match to that(aka u feel good. really good) then ur vibration has the ability to affect the person u have ur eyes on. think about it really, when ppl have thought about u in a positive way that made u feel good right? sometimes it made u want to be different. better. so u changed to get on their level. when that happens thats how ppl get there exes back. at the same time the ex might not feel ready or not be able to handle the appreciation in the moment so they might run away instead. in that case loa will bring u someone who matches ur good feelings. that is how it works. LOA is not about taking away free will. We all have it!
