Certainly, after 6 months of putting into practise the LoA, I have decided im wasting my time and my energy, my ex is not coming back , not now not ever, my financial situation is still bad, im not going to win the lottery, and i havent lost any weight, 3 things I asked the Universe/God for.

did you do the work on yourself? Did you give it your full focus on good thoughts? If so than you gave it your best try and i commend you for it thats all that counts! It seemed like my life was better on when i had no clue about loa ! When you get into it you start worrying about bad thoughts and it just sometimes makes it worse! Well gl and hope you have a nice break from loa and hope your dreams manifest any way it does!

Hi Lucy100, I'm wondering if you are also detached to the results?  I, for one, am not able to manifest specific outcomes so far too.  But I do not doubt that it works. 

Law of Attraction is not just about manifesting what you want.  To me, it is also a way to live with positivity, gratitude and love. 

Maybe for the next few weeks, start a gratitude journal.  Concentrate on giving thanks to every possible things in your life.  Though you might not see specific things being manisfested, but your life WILL change for the better.

 I think people get frustrated cause they may put forth too much energy into trying to manifest their desires. It really shouldnt take too much energy other than changing your thoughts which you should really do for your emotional well being anyway above just trying to get what you want. I think when you keep focus on it, you arent being detached. You shouldnt be wasting 6 months of energy and time cause with loa all your doing is setting an intention, believing and then allowing it to come. You shouldnt spend ample amounts of time trying to make it happen. Just live your life and be happy.

I did think I manifested more before I knew about the loa even if it was not on purpose and it is true once you know about it, you can think about everything too much and that can cause you to stay attached but now that im letting go, im seeing small things happen and small specific things that I intended. I may not have the big things yet but people's dreams come true everyday so why not me? Reading stories of other women who wrote what they want in a soulmate and met that man and married him or moving to another country and dont know how that would be possible and then it becomes possible, i mean why are these folks any different from me?

Maybe you should just forget about the LOA for a while, really I think thats good for alot of people to do. Obviously always be aware of it in the back of your mind but thinking about it day to day doesnt work for everyone cause it keeps them too attached and too into trying to make something happen instead of just doing the 3 steps and going about their lives and doing things that make them happy.

Its ohk to stop believing in LOA..........the important thing is to improve urself from within.........to focus on u........do not believe in this concept, but u should not stop believing in urself, u know thats the key.......many of us joined here to get our exes back and some got them and some moved on thinking that something is else better for us is waiting out there............sharing our experiences, problems, guiding each other.........imagine unknown people praying for our happiness............its time to look at the other side..........we lost our ex, who just left us in the middle, who despite making promises broke them........all that they are concerned about is himself.............that is our past........and now look at present, we are all connected thru this forum, where everyone is thr for us, for us to b happy, who constantly pray for us thru various threads like group intention

All i want to say, don't believe in LOA..........but don't forget wat u learned, which is to love urself, care for urself, do wat u love and most importantly be thank ful for wat u have

Lucy - I completely empathize with you. I went through the same as you. I got extremely frustrated that none of my desires were manifesting or even close to! I also knew that I was TOO attached, and was still not happy on the inside. So no wonder nothing was happening for me.

It was only just recently that I decided to just focus solely on the Spiritual aspects. I'm forgetting about the "want" of it all, and just completely focusing inward. I highly recommend meditating.

I also recommend reading this book: Autobiography Of A Yogi by Paramahansa Yogananda. It's one of those life-changer books that really makes you REALIZE. Happiness really does begin and manifest on the inside. Only then will you start to see true positive manifestations on the outside.

The thing with loa is you have to feel you have what you want already and for some time. Those things are hardest as sometimes we have too many attached negative emotion to them.
there are still things that i havent got yet because i know deep down im not feeling that i have them.
sadly some things take longer than others but on the plus side when we do eventually get them our understanding of loa grows and then we can get much more.
have you kept a journal of the small things you have manifested? as that can help keep the belief strong.
Also i am certain most of us have our doubts i know i have but apon further investigation i see i have been holding a block on what i want. could be the same for you xxx

I dont think this is a bad thing. She set her intention and now i letting it go. I think most of us have a problem because we continue to focus on it, good or bad. We need to just let it go after a while, and maybe leaving LOA is the only way for some.

I think this might be a good thing for you, Lucy100.  Seems like you're having a hard time detaching (I can tell because I was in the same situation).  By giving up, you may be letting go.  If your desire for your ex is really strong and pure, I think this might actually work for you! 

I've read numerous stories where people have gotten frustrated and given up their desire, started dating other people for their own sanity and that is what brought their exes back.  Now I'm not saying this will 100% work, but it will get rid of the amount of negative energy you're putting on your desire.  You may think you're not putting any negative energy but not believing is a negative energy.  So I think this might be a good idea. 

(I'm not a LOA expert and this is how I think LOA works; any other LOA experts agree with me?)

Maybe u are not really giving up and just need to give it a rest and let things flow..sometimes things can get too much for us and our minds need a break..and maybe u r truly just letting go in your own way..6 months is a long time yes I'm right there with  u..keep the faith:)
