It's over but sometimes I feel we are getting back together again

(I know LOA states we create our own Destiny?  But I want some clarification on this question and these feelings!  Thanks in adavance!!)
 
Can someone please answer this question for me. If you have any knowledge of this sort of thing or experience with it. I feel like something tells me that as soon as I let my ex go (inside of my heart - completely let him go) that then he will come back to me. Sometimes, when I begin to cry over him, the break up, all of a sudden I get this deep feeling and feel something flowing inside of me telling me that we will be together again, not to worry because he IS coming back to me. I even feel happy when I feel this, and then I feel so confused. I feel like I'm either losing my mind, OR, like spiritually or like somehow I have this inner-knowing that we are getting back together. Thing is it really doesn't seem plausible in reality. I mean anything is possible, but the break-up was hard, long, and not pretty. I still love him, and he's told me he still loves me, but he's also said he's not in love with me anymore. I felt things with him I never felt before. I literally dreamed him up and he was my dream become a reality. I'm having a hard time letting go. Yet still I feel like once I let go he will come back to me. I just really don't see how our relationship could work after all the hurt and pain. But then I feel this feeling.

I really don't understand this. Is this possible? Is it possible to truly know you will be with someone again and for that to be true? Has this ever happened to anyone before? I appreciate clarification on this!!!!!!!!!

Yes, the key to manifestation is letting go. It's that simple....and also hard at the same time. Take care of yourself, make yourself happy, do the things you love most.

You'll have some days when you're very happy without him, you'll have days when you'll feel sad. In any of those cases, believe that you'd be back together forever.

About the whole "not seeing how it will work after the hurt and pain" : Careful what you wish for, because you just might get it. Wish for a happy and fulfilling relationship with your beloved. Write down a list of what do you want out of your new and improved relationship. Put it on a vision board.

Be grateful for him and for your new and improved relationship. Send him unconditional love. Love yourself.

WOW. This is real good. Be glad that you have that feeling.  Trust that feeling.
If you go to the Secret website and read some of the success stories, you'll notice that when people have that feeling, it means that it's going to come true. I've had this feeling before with different things. A small silly example...at work my manager was giving me a tour of the break room and showed me the lockers.  There was one locker in particular that was decorated nicely that I wanted, but didn't say anything about wanting it. I just said it was nice.  Well a few days later a completely different manager was assigning me a locker and before she even told me what it was, I just knew that it was the one I wanted.  There were like 8 different available ones, but yet I knew I was going to get the special one.

It's the same thing with your situation. You may not know when it'll manifest, but for sure it's going to happen.

Thing is how do you let go if you are believing you will be together again?  That's the part I don't get.  How do I journal about me and him about our relationship and let go? 

I feel like I need to completely let go.  Journal and vision on my soul-mate whoever it is.  And once I completely let go, that's when he will come back?  Thing is, I feel like he IS my soulmate.  So I don't quite understand how to fully let go.  How to let go of that feeling that he is my soulmate, or how do I let go of him when I feel he is my soulmate.

Thank you for your comments and for sharing your experience with me.  I've manifested other stuff in my life before, intentionally too.  I manifested him watching mindmovies for soulmates on youtube. 

Thing is since our breakup I've gone through all of the feelings of emptiness and desperation.  And I've tried working on myself.  This time I've decided to give it my best shot to improve myself and love myself and feel good and do things that make me happy using the LOA.  Thing is many times I feel like when I come across something I wish I could share it with him, I know he could benefit from it or that he would appreciate it. 

Being the new year and all it is my dominant intent to relax, feel good, and be happy.  I'm working on letting him go.  That has been one of the hardest things I've ever had to do in my life, that's how it feels.  I truly do love him, after all of this time, it's been 4 months on and off, but the last 3 of those months it has been officially over, and for the last two weeks, for the first time in all of our knowing each other, complete no contact.  He's changed his number, I've changed mine, I've blocked him from my email, and I even stopped working, because we work together, I couldn't take it anymore, I'm looking for a new job, which I know is coming. 

Thing is see everything I said above, it's been ugly.  Yet I still love him and I feel as if I will always love him forever, but when I think of him I feel pain, it hurts, everything that happened and that he's no longer here, we used to live together. 

So what confuses me is that vibrating pulsating feeling I get, I get it sometimes, and it's strong, and it resonates deeply within my being, but I'm not sure if it's a coping mechanism, or like I feel inside, Like it's a complete inner knowing.  I've even felt something telling me that me and him are going to have a baby, a son to be specific.  I really wish all of this were true.  I really wish we get back together and get married, but I can feel my own resistance because of the pain.  I associate him with love, lost love and pain. 

I believe this is why I must let him go.  To heal, but I feel like me and him will be a vibrational match because of who we are naturally.  But I know I'm not in my natural element because of the pain. 

When we were communicating after the breakup it's like we weren't together but were doing things we normally didn't when we were together now that we are apart.  Like using bar soap to take a bath because it's more economical or eating oatmeal alot throughout the day, something we never ate when we were together.  Things like that.

When I completely cut off contact with the guy I like, there were a couple of times where I'd have these dreams where I could tell he was trying to make me jealous and trying to get my attention. I didn't want to believe it was true because I was sick of having hope. It hurt too much because in reality he just wasn't there. There were no real concrete signs that he felt anything for me. So I think I know how you feel. The hope is nice to have, but sometimes we just aren't ready for it.

I believe this is why I must let him go.  To heal, but I feel like me and him will be a vibrational match because of who we are naturally.  But I know I'm not in my natural element because of the pain. 

This is very true. I think everyone is capable of attracting their ex back because well, they were attracted to us in the first place. But like you said, it's hard to be that person you were when you're feeling pain. So I agree that if you think it's a good idea to let him go, then go for it. It's very important to take care of yourself and do what's best for you.

Think of it like this :

It's like the day-night cycle. You just know that when night-time comes it will be followed by day 100% beyond a shadow of a doubt. You don't even second guess that. But you do have your fun/rest/whatever waiting for dawn/the morning.

It's just like that.

I suppose you still both love each other. the thing that is missing was a good communication lots of talk must be made and promises to accomplish... Ask him out start with a good communication and tell him that you want a second chance. Even a ugly breakup good communication can mend this up. Be true to yourself and him also. Good communication is the key.

I tried everything.  We don't see eye to eye on BIG issues.  Our break up was long.  And finally after the break-up, I don't know how long after, he really betrayed me.  So, now.  After all these days, I've been working on myself.  Trying to get better.  Trying to get over him.  I finally feel like I'm letting go.  I don't feel the same for him anymore.  I don't know the future anything is possible.  I still feel like we are getting back together sometimes, I don't know why, or how.  Especially now that I'm letting go of him, and with the hurt I still have in my heart, which is getting better.

But who knows.  Anything is possible.  I'm just working on being me, and being true to who I am, and loving myself, getting better, because, honestly if we don't love ourselves, if we aren't good to ourselves, then no-one will be able to love us and be good to us.  How can we be a vibrational match to someone we love and want them to love us when we don't love ourselves.  We can't compromise who we are and what we truly want to make us happy for the sake of having a specific person.  I felt God/The Universe speak to me yesterday. 

This is what I heard

It came out of no-where, then I found a letter a few minutes later that a neighbor had given me on the bus about two years ago, the letter was from God, and it basically said, God basically said, that he is a just God and that he has set up universal laws, and the the universe belongs to him and me, and you, and all of us, and that if we want something, for example if we want our prince, we can't keep waiting and being miserable and feeling we will only be happy when he comes to rescue us, because even if he comes we might still be miserable, we have to be happy ourselves, get out of our self made prison, be happy be the change we want to see, be that loving princess who is happy and then God/The Universe will send you your loving prince.  IT IS LAW.

For all of you going through a break-up I just bumped into something on here, actually that I read about before, it's called EFT, I looked it up on youtube, and there is this guy I have been doing sessions with, called Brad Yates, he has one on getting over a break-up, and another for abandonment and rejection, and several others, I have been doing them for about 4 days.  With AMAZING RESULTS.  I finally feel better.  Nothing had worked up to now.  I did an EFT session with him on you tube for motivation and action, and after several sessions, after not having been able to clean my home for about 4 months I cleaned my home inside out!!!  And it felt real good.

I wish you all luck and if we are meant to be with the person we desire in our hearts, and if we are true to ourselves, and love ourselves, then become a vibrational match for them if they are truly meant for us, and they are in our highest good, if not we will attract a mate, and we should ultimatley love ourselves and set that rocket launched of desire to be with the one who is in our hightest good and who we are in their highest good.
