My Progress so far

Well, it's the end of a year, so since I haven't posted here in a long time, I thought of posting my progress so far :

- For Christmas I've sent her a box of chocolate from when I was abroad a while ago. I bought one for myself too, since they looked SOOOO DELICIOUS. Funny enough, three days ago I opened my box and as I was eating, I looked on the back of the box to see what the chocolate contains. As my eyes gently went to the expiry date of the chocolate, I was amazed that it coincides with the date of our anniversary.

- Two days ago, I remembered that the museum I visited when I was abroad, there was a wedding that was supposed to take place that evening at the museum's restaurant. I imagined what would be like if we've had our wedding there. Today, I heard and saw many times in different circumstances ( TV, forum topics, wedding songs, other people talking ) about weddings.

The only problem is that yesterday and a bit of today, I was kinda down, but I've picked myself up, told myself to think about something else and let her go and now I'm alright.

Got some potential dates up my sleeve, some big thing that will happen within a week or two, thinking about my all-time favorite car and it's imminent arrival, summer music festivals, road trips this autumn, my business. So there isn't really much room to think about her except for at night. It's the mood swings that piss me off, but that's all going to go away and be mostly positive.

 Sitfab,  Good to see you here posting!   This is a time for reflection!   Did you get a reply after you sent the chocolate?  Looks like you are seeing signals of synchronicity.  I hope the many projects and plans you have for the New Year are happy and full of new adventures.   

I get very down at times too.  The days before Christmas were very low for me.  I wrote about it here, and I had so much love and support sent my way.  So I had to feel good the next day!   This past fall I kept busy with many little, but mostly fun, trips - I told friends I was medicating myself with travel.  It worked for the most part.   I asked the Universe to give me things to look forward to during the fall and it happened.  Blessings to you and keep in touch with us!  VC

Yes, I did. It was short, she wished me Merry Christmas and thanked me for the gift and after that there was the kiss emoticon.

No, on the contrary, I'm feeling very happy about it. It means that the reunion is gonna happen and we're meant to be. The "expiry" part is something to be ignored.

Yes, 2011 is here and I feel quite empowered and awesome, thank you, and yes, I've kept only the good memories.

I agree with you Sitfab.  The Universe gives us "reassurance" to show we are on the right track.  I experienced something similar the other day as well.  It appeared on a license plate while I was driving.

When you are not looking for signs is when you receive them.
