:-) That's actually one of my favorite affirmations I claim every single day, and it's changed my life : "I am balanced, centered, harmonious and peaceful." and many variations on it.

That affirmation came out of this book by the way: http://www.iamgodbook.com/ . It's sort of a mix between meditation/affirmation - I read through the 'blessings' meditations in it every morning, which takes about 15 minutes. Personally it's resonated the most with me more than any other type of meditation and affirmation. It's really a 'gratitude' focused meditation that has you being 'thankful' for all your blessings.  The format of it is:

Blessing ...

1. Thankful for all my blessings.
2. Thankful for Total Enlightenment
3. Thankful for Total Clarity
4. Thankful for No Worry of the Mind - Balanced, Centered, Harmonious, Peacefulness.
5. Thankful for Total Connectivity - Receptive, Connective, Effective, Helpful and Successful
6. Thankful for Total Wealth and Prosperity Consciousness
7. Thankful for my Mission and Vision

Great way to start the day :-)
