Is this insanity in disguise????

So I was reading about alternate universes and LoA and the thought just occurred to me...

What if I manifest my boyfriend back...but its not really happening! Like--I made myself believe so much, that I became insane and THOUGHT I was with him, when in reality I was getting a restraining order or something!

Is this how LoA works? If there is no real reality, does that mean it will be real for me...but not real for everyone else? Including my boyfriend!

Please help! This is sort of scary! I don't want to be crazy!

It isn't insanity in disguise. You're supposed to believe you're in a relationship with your guy and then let it go. It can be hard, but that's how you do it. Hey, you're not going to get together with your boyfriend so quickly just by believing you're with him. It doesn't work instantly if you're not an expert at controlling your feelings.

My tip for you would be to let go. Have fun just being yourself and NO you're not insane, you're just not following the law correctly. Try again with something smaller and you'll understand what I mean.

So all the things you manifest with LoA are real? Its actually happening??? Its not just a reality that only exists for you? I guess I'm still trying to understand if LoA is something that's an illusion or not... What is the different between someone who believes with LoA and an insane person who believes things??? 

I'm sorry for all the questions, I'm just trying to clear up this once and for all because it is a sort of scary concept...

The difference between insanity and proper use of the LoA is that insane people are obsessed with what they believe in. They will feel like they NEED it to live. Someone who believes in the law of attraction and uses it correctly will be exactly the opposite. They believe that they just WANT something and don't really care if they really have it or not, because life is already wonderful for them.

Let's take for example your boyfriend. If you're obsessed with him, then you would try to be with him, even though you're not together. That expresses that you NEED to be with him to feel good. That's wrong. You need to find something that makes you important and thus makes you feel like you just WANT him.

Don't be sorry. This is really complicated. I still find it hard to make use of the LoA, but am slowly starting to get to the point, where I'm truly happy. Remember Kami: Focus on yourself, not on him. You want him, you don't need him. He's the one who's lucky to have you in your life and that's how you should always try to look at everything in life. Love yourself.

I think you're making it way more complicated than it is.  LOA is not something that is activated in someone's life on purpose - it is always there.  It's when you are aware of it and learn to focus your thoughts and emotions on purpose that it really gains power in one's life.

Think about your own life prior to being aware of LOA  as a concept.  I'm sure you can remember times when you were in a bad mood and everything seemed to conspire against you that day - that was LOA.  Or days where you felt great and happy and wonderful things happened - again LOA.

Many famous people of all walks of life have used LOA to gain success.  Athletes, actors, politicians.  They had a goal, visualized it, believed they would achieve it and they did.  That's really the basis of LOA.

I think where people go wrong is they want what they want quickly so they want to do everything "right."  The beauty in discovering LOA, for me, has been in the process.  I haven't yet manifested the thing I want most, but I'm grateful for the journey to it because of what it has taught me and brought to my life.

Don't get caught up in the semantics of things.  This is not some mystery concept - it's active every single day for every single person in the world.  It's just those few that learn how to harness it's power that really benefit from it the most.

That actually does make a lot of sense. It certainly FEELS like insanity when you obsess over something!! unghhh

It makes sense that when you're relaxed about it, you're not being insane! You're just...letting go.

I used to know someone who was insane, actually. They had to be visited by a nurse regularly, but they believed that monkeys were everywhere around them. I know it sounds silly, but they had this strong belief that they'd see monkeys everywhere. They'd affirm it by talking about the monkeys 24/7, and I'm guessing they saw the monkeys pretty vividly in their head (visualization???) Wouldn't that by LoA terms manifest monkeys for them???

If that was the case, and monkeys had manifested for them, are we just not able to see it because its in different reality than ours? That's why I was concerned about the boyfriend thing. What if its just like that? What if its only real to me, and to every one else I'm just being crazy??

Kamikaze - reading your post reminded me of this great quote from Darryl Anka (Bashar) with his insight to something similar:

The PRESENT is not the result of the PAST.
The PRESENT is the result of the PRESENT.

Creation occurs only in the PRESENT. The PRESENT is the Now result of what you Now believe to be most true for you.   Continuity from one present moment to the next is considered "normal", but is actually optional: If you suddenly make a discrete shift in beliefs, you will experience a sudden discrete shift in your Now reality.  The PRESENT is the Now result of what you Now believe to be most true for you.

The past has absolutely no effect on the present - except to the extent that you believe it does.

As you change your present (by changing your present beliefs), you are "shifting" into a different parallel reality and that different parallel reality has its own "future" and "past". Said another way, when you change your present, you are likewise also changing your past and your future. That is, you are shifting to a totally different hologram which contains its own "past" that is consistent with its "present", and also its own "future" which is likewise consistent with its "present".    As I believe Bashar says: "You create the past and the future from the here and now."

Continuity is an "illusion", just like the continuity in movies is an illusion, since it's really 24 discrete pictures per second. Therefore, continuity is optional. The past progressively leads to the present, but it does not cause the present. And just as movies can suddenly shift from one scene to a totally different scene, likewise you can too - since continuity is really not necessary.

Only the present is real. Therefore only the present can create the present.

If you insist in believing that the present is the result of the past, then you are (now) dragging the past into the present, and (now) "projecting" that this seeming past has an effect on the present. (Notice, by the way, that all this "dragging the past into the present" is also all occurring ONLY in the present.)    This is like dragging an anchor around, rather than simply letting go of the anchor (the past) and living freely and easily in the present.   Be free of the past!   Live joyously in the present!

 It's suppose to work where YOU want something. YOU feel the emotions as if YOU presently had what you wanted. This will bring you closer to manifesting your goal. When you have manifested what you desire, then it will be real for everyone.
You can choose your thoughts, feelings,and  perspective on your life. This will shape your life to how you want it, but it will not cause you to have delusions/hallucinations.

YOUR life is about YOUR experience/reality that YOU attract according to YOUR vibration.. In YOUR experience/reality the other people are seeing the same thing as YOU ARE.. So nobody will think you are insane/hallucinating

Its ok to be confused as you are new to this theory.. Study, research, ask and try to understand.. All of us are learning at the same time 


You need to take your focus of these concepts insanity/insane/mad..  Take your focus of all negativity

I would also suggest you to practice some meditation.. The stillness helps us SEE clearly..

Also please continue with expressing gratitude, visualizations and affiramtions.. Finally Let GO and LET GOD.. Let the UNIVERSE handle it

Insanity is an anomaly, is brought about by an illness while Loa is at work all the time and is a law. With LOA, when you wish for something the universe will gradually and naturally create all the events that lead you to the outcome you want, it is not something unreal, it's  "creative thinking", it is in no way an illness.
You could see it like this, hallucination ( as you are referring) are brought about by an anomaly that takes place in the brain, an illness.
What you manifest through LOA is something that is brought about by something that takes place in your mind, you create it, imagine it, so it can manifest in your life, it is something natural.
