I quite enjoyed this - I'm quite hard of hearing and had the sound up but had to turn it down as it seemed to be stressing my cat out a bit! much more sensitive ears than mine...

I liked the images and music and message - but what do the chemical equations mean and how are they calculated? I know it says you don't have to understand to benefit but I think having an understanding of what purpose they have and how they are calculated can only be of additional benefit.

I really could not offer an answer to it in terms of the equations, but your dna, cells do, trust yourself and your cellular intelligence. remember every cell has intelligence and power.

I watch it 2 or 3 times a day and sometimes listen to it as I do EFT affirmations, and gratitudes. Make sure you use headphones and also they are on the correct ear, right for right, left for left.

I find the first bit with all the DNA stuff funny. Especially trying to pronounce it all but luckily my subconscious just absorbs what it know it needs too. Also a bit funny saying heal me from any trauma from circumcision or giving birth when I have not had or done any of that. I really like the spiritual bit because I have some issues with religion and the fear invoking stuff that I have been preached. Also the DNA sections makes me what to go out and have one of those really expensive full medical's just so to see how healthy I am and my cells and body is.
