how do i attract this girl who i dated in the past... i cant spend that much time with her shes in college, she lives at home an works two jobs plus i will be working alot here soon.. this law of attraction is new to me.. i just recently figured out that i can commit to to achive anything... is it the same thought prosses, do i need to overlook the doubts in my head? i just need some advice man........[

my friend and me have had the worst fall out ever... and yes he was someone I deeply cared for .. and we even went out.. but he started seeing someone else and lied to me..I was devastated.. and then he returned sayign it was over between him and her, though she kept calling him and they I guess were in touch.. he said he no longer had feelings for me.. but we went out again .. all this while i assumed this woman was out( apparently she had treated him badly that's what he said)
anyways he changed again saying it would never worlk between us and became more distant sayign I was his best friend etc
and then to my horror I discovered he had gotten back with her..and I well had a fight nasty abusive one with him and yes made the studpid mistake of going public with it.
I smsed him a few days ago saying sorry for my word.. he just acknowledged with a one liner..which didnt say much just amen.
I told himhe was important and yes somehwere I feel..we would be right but there is a lot of baggage and amdoing everything wrong my focussing on the lack of him not being around.. what he is doing
he and me were happy when we met four years ago but the belief that our relationship will not work was what we manifested... and somewhere I want that love back
so if u say we can attract an ex back so pl give me tips because i am haunted my nasty memroes and the fact that we are not in touch.. and i would like to reconcile and have communication with him..I have apologised to him but nothing from him as yet

#1 RULE - DO NOT CONTACT HIM

You need time to let go, you have appologised, DO NOT BE CLINGY, etc, etc. It'll be hard to start with, but you BOTH need to let go of baggage, and he needs to sort out what he wants (jumping between two women, he needs to be honest, etc, etc). Focus on YOU, forget about him, be happy. Theres a lot of trust broken here, and it'll take a long long time, so move on! This doesn't mean you won't get back with him in the future, but it's not going to happen any time soon, and even if it did, it wouldn't be a good way! So forget about being with him now, work on you, and you'll become a better person, more likely that he (and other people will want!)

thank you so much, and here I have been consumed by guilt that I abused him  but i couldnt handle it when i saw his ex whom he had told he wasnt in touch with and when I told him i saw her all he had to say was good.. that humiliated me no end... and thus my reaction..thank you so much...I do care for this person a lot and  wish he was the same guy who had persued me 4 years ago

I'm going through the same thing myself. I just pray and wish that my ex would soften his heart so we could be together again. I have been trying to use LOA very recently(since last Saturday) to restore my relationship with Christopher Davison I know that's not a long enough time for me to see a change, but I was recently told by someone that he said he doesn't want anything to do with me and still doesn't want to talk to me at all. I just feel devastated.  Its times like this when I start to lose faith and hope.  I was wondering if its typical to feel like this sometimes in when using LOA to restore a relationship.  Should I just not worry about what he says and continue to focus LOA on restoring my relationship with Christopher Davison.
