I need serious help. I am about to break down!

I talked with my ex last night and I expressed to him once again how I felt and we talked for a good hour about what has happened and about the relationship and why are arguments would get so bad and he said once again that he loves me and misses me a lot but won't allow himself to go through anything like that again and by the time we got off the phone I felt kind of good knowing that he loves and misses me and maybe we just need time apart and maybe he needs more time to miss me and I went to bed focusing on me but then I woke up feeling horrible. I started to worry so much and feel like who does he talk to on the phone if it's not me like that anymore and has he taken anyone out and what if he's talking to someone but doesn't want me to know or... I just had a lot of thoughts and was becoming miserable and then started thinking about death because I can't bare the pain of him with someone else. It feels like I can't take another minute without him.  I don't know, I feel as if I'm going crazy and feeling really sad. Someone help with encouraging words please.

Hey,  the first half of your post was happy!  So you need to look at the glass half (and more than half) full!  He is talking to you and that is better than most people have going on who come to this board and miss their ex's.    Remember to delete the projected visions of him with the unknown people that he may be talking to, or you will certainly draw  them into the mix even if they do not now exist.  Keep working on you!  Send him love energy too!

I'm guilty of that too.But like VC said your situation is better than that is better than most people going on who come to this board and miss their ex's like me.It's almost Christmas & there is no sign of improvement in my situation & he is showing in his fb primary pick that he is sticking with this girl who happens to have a bf.Grr!It makes me mad & sad at the same time.I don't know what to think.

Hey.

You're over-analyzing things. Take them as they are. Don't think about them too much. He did say he loves you and misses you, right? Give him the freedom to be himself for a while, because that's what he wants and most probably needs. Attract this for yourself first, then talk to him about this.

On behalf of anyone else who has not received any contact from there beloved I can say: What we would give to be in your shoes to hear such a thing.

And as for me alone. If I were to have Peter say that he loves and misses me or to just get contact from him, I would be so happy and grateful and I would be doubtless about us not being together. I find it easier to be cynical and negative not hearing from him but just some contact and my certainty and faith would sky rocket.

So please see the light and hope that this is.

Everyone is definitely right. As the day went on I have gotten some great advice and feel better about things and I see a lot of what is and has been going on is due to some of my thought process. I worry to much about what is going on behind the scenes and need to definitely let go and take the time to enjoy my own company. I just have to keep positive no matter what and hope I don't wake up anymore with sad outbursts of worry.

Inspired, be truly inspired and grateful that he told you that he misses and loves you, that is truly something that will make your heart leaps with so much happiness, most that those words came from the man you love. Dont over analyze things, always focus on him and none other. Stay inspired, the loving relationship you dreamt with him is within your reach, just dont let any negative emotions and doubts flood in you, that will certainly bring no good results.
