  you see honey! sometimes things dn't come to us for a reason and that reason being! we still have some elf flaws to correct the universe must be telling you, it or trying t tell you but u must not bepaying attention never mind that but...you could ask the universe to give you idea of how to improve yourself more to get this wish of yours or maybe if you are still visualizing you must put a stop it! LET t go and live your life to the fullest ( you don't need him) maybe you have that thouhts of needing still or deperate for him/ his love be greatful for everyhting you haveright now! writting down everyday would help or just simply tell your self that he will come back affirm it and let go .....relax and please don't ever put No words in to your self meaning....... yo must be or right is having the feelingof lack you need to stop that ask your self Am i beliving enough? do i trsut the Universe enough? am i loving myself enough? how do i feel or having feelings bout my bf right now? and negative thouhgts? meaning things such as his dum..not nice .....alwyz never cared for me n such U got to clean those out! right away for tha write down all his good qualities you love bout him or qualities yo would love to have on him when he returns. and let go let go let go........please let go live as tho you don't need him anymore fix yourself so that he may return or you may find a new lover that would love you better b ready for anyhting as it comes and be happy don't care anymore don't doudt. i hope this helps =) all tthese things im ding or trying to doim just like you so please be happy!

@Mr.Positive-Ok.I'll try to do that game key to his heart and perhaps make a story out of it.I forgot to mention that I'm an artist.Well,as you know,I'm still doing my wedding plan project.It makes me feel better.I wish that the new computer would come soon so that I'll have my friend teach me how to edit photos and have ME as the star and Andrew as my leading man.What do you think.

Seabear,  You sound like you are on a great path right now and know what to do!  I do have the Power of Now book and have read parts of it. For some reason I can not read it cover to cover.  My favorite book that has helped me during crises in the relationship I am dealing with is Gregg Braden, The Secret of the Lost Mode of Prayer.  We broke up several years ago and It helped me stay centered.  Our prayers and affirmations need emotion - positive emotion!

@Seabear-You don't have to say sorry for your long reply & for keeping the thread long.I actually like it.BTW, welcome to this wonderful forum.

More updates.My sister & I had a bonding time in making my scrapbook since she doesn't want to study Math for the mean time.Doing that project makes me feel better.Since it's almost done,what project could be next?hehe! It's good to read updates from the people who lost their beloveds & now they're on their way to having them back.I'll get there soon.Been in a more positive state whenever I visualize.Fear & worry creeps up less now.Still no news or contact from him.But as Christina said,I will get there.Still reading the EFT book & little by little I'm practicing it.Well,bye for now

It helps to read others stories but at the same time you have to just say I let go! Once you let go they come back in mysterious ways! I got a message from mine the same day I said im gonna let go but I really did let go thats the key! It was weird because last night I was on my yahoo checking my emails and I read a horoscope and it read today that an emotional even is going to happen soon that is good news! And to my surprise I said yeah right as if and out of the blue my ex was talking to me on yahoo messanger telling me how she really felt and it was great not having any emotional feelings over it! The key let go! You can do it and every one can do it good luck!

@seabear - You know the process which is the hardest part.  While I appreciate living in the moment, it is important to work through the feelings and get yourself on a positive path back to your desires.  Are you familiar with EFT?

@schenderson22 - Yeah, I have realized now that I need to process those things that are giving me negative feelings so I can  let them go. The most important thing right now is to get myself back on track, feeling good and positive about myself and my life. Then I can start attracting my soulmate (or my ex back…haven’t really decided yet) when I don’t have those negative feelings  associated with these things. Actually, I tried EFT for the first time couple of days ago when I was distressed about this situation and I have to say it worked! I have been feeling so much better ever since. I can concentrate doing things that I like more now when I don’t feel bad all the time.

@bravelioness - It’s so good to hear that you have been feeling a lot more positive lately. Just keep doing things that are making you feel good and happy.
