How to believe?

I am trying to attract a relationship, i have written a list of qualties, made a vision board, i use an affirmation, i practise flowing love and feeling love, i am loving myself more, but am not sure if there is anything else i should be doing and how to believe i have the relationship?

Do i talk to him in my head?

I live with my parents, i already sleep on one side of the bed i have always done that, i bought new clothes, i cant make room in my closet. I always make an effort now to look nice even if i am going nowwhere, when i am on the train i pretend i am vsiiting him. I go out more now . but am not sure A. how to visualise without knowing what he looks like? and B. to believe i have him already?
Please help. oh and i have been sinlge my whole life i am 22 so i dont know how it feels to be in a relationship

What stops you from believing you have a relationship already? Or what prevents your from having a relationship right now. These will lead to several beliefs you have about relationships that need to be resolved.  What are you family relationship stories? Have your parents told you the type of person you should be dating? Thus you're just living out their relationship beliefs and values.

How would you know you are in a relationship? That is your end result criteria. That is what you should be visualising and affirming.

You don't need to know what he looks like. It is best if you don't. Since things can happen faster that way.

If you don't believe, as ever I'd say use EFT to get over your doubts. That's all it is.  Keep going out, keep dressing up.

If you had a relationship today, what would you be doing, where would you be going? Start doing those things already. Have you told your friends you're looking for a relationship? They may know somebody, who knows somebody.

Have you written out your relationship goal? Write out your ideal relationship day too.  Write out 100 ways you could make it happen, start doing that list.

Act on all hunches, gut instinct and urges. If somebody says do you want to go out, go out.

my parents aren't really involved in my dating life, i am familiar with EFT how do you use it to get rid of doubts. Do i say the doubt whilst tapping away.

Should i visualise him sort of blurry in my visualisation?

hi well i have only started this week normally its hard to visualise something made up but today i was in the bath and sort of closed my eyes and visualised going to london with him, staying in a hotel seeing a show, being on the train and having conversations with him and it was the first time its felt easy i dont see a vivid image unless its something i am not making up, i kinda just sense him and where i am etc it was sooooooooooooooo good.

anyway i have tried loads of times to attract a relationship and made stupid risks to attract one like tell people i had someone when i didn't, and then he never showed and i looked stupid, but i think i just need to believe and lety go, easier said than done.

its hard to believe you have something when you dont especially sat at home whilst your brother is out with his girlfriend, its a bit annoying but i just tell myself hwo wonderful it is that people go out and stuff.

Well as John Kehoe says it takes usually 2-3 months every day practice, when we start to see results. It is difficult to imagine new reality in current status. I suggest to you one mind game - Every evening before you go to sleep, say to yourself and feel.... "In the morning I will wake up in new reality". (with your love ones). You have to feel this and don´t care how this could happen. Be absolutely sure, that reality will magically change during that night. And continue this mind game every evening. It is easier to program our subconscious mind when we fall asleep. This is my suggestion to you Wizard11.
