one of those low days...

Hello my lovely friends,

im just having one of those low days where im feeling down and miss my bf alot . i havent heard from him today, i was expecting to thought i dont know why!

i no expecting bring about more expecting.

i feel like texting him but its not a gut thing its more a act out of desperatin as i want to hear from him. so i will refrain my self from texting him.

Try and focus on what you have achieved and the success you have manifested in connecting with him and be grateful for that. Read some of the success stories on here and how they were achieved – in contrast read some of the stories of how people have had no contact for months and months and the person they want is across in another country or has told them they never want to speak to them ever again. Put your own situation into perspective. Don’t make him the sole focus of your entire day.  You’re well on the way to what you want – remind yourself of that.

Thanks really needed that Jeremiah. I am grateful for the friends o this forum. How can you keep from worrying and thinking negative when the negative situation slaps you in the face.

Reading the success stories are a wonderful boost! Especially when they include those uber-nasty moments that Lise mentioned... I got to feel down pretty often, because  of the distance, the total lack of contact, the rejection, the irrational behavior... but I still get a significant boost from people who made it!
