I've learned to stop the impatience by doing what I can to change from the person I didn't want to be. If you start doing those things, you won't really have time to be impatient. For example;
Working out - 1.5 hours
Remote Seduction - Approximately 20 minutes
Other Meditation - 40 minutes
Hair and makeup daily 1.5 hours (this is what I do for a living)
Full night's sleep - 8 hours
Cleaning the house, laundry, etc - 1.5 hours
Work - 4 to 6 hours
Spending time with my child, dogs and/or Dad-2 to 3 hours
Preparing healthy food - 30 minutes
Miscellaneous - 2 to 3 hours
There is my whole day, give or take. It's FULL. Everything I do now is for my benefit and that of my family. I wasn't the person before that I am now. And that is because over time, I've made conscious changes. My day didn't look the way it does now even a few months ago. Including the meditation, which has changed my life in leaps and bounds. HTH!
