Hey all! Update on my situation

So idk if you guys know about my story or not about me manifesting a relationship with this girl named Joanna. Long story short, I met her in class last semester, I really started to like her, and it kinda seemed like she liked me too, but the semester ended before I could make any serious move. I asked her out for my birthday but she said she couldn't go, so we've just made small talk over facebook since then every once in a while.

So anyways, this semester I don't have her for any classes and I haven't seen her in person for awhile. I started my part time job and I've been a bit busy lately so haven't had so much free time.
I'm not sure what to do at this point, if I should ask her out over facebook or whatnot. Or just hope to see her at school sometime soon. One of my best friends keeps urging me to ask her out even if its over facebook but idk if I should do that. What do you guys think I should do?

Come on! Just ask the lovely lady out! Do it over Facebook or whatever method. I know she will say yes. Ball is on your court man. Girls usually wait for the guys to ask the us out, so do it before someone else does! She will say yes

I actually had to cancel that date. Something came up I forget what happened but yeah.

Well if you already had a date set what's the big deal with rescheduling it?  Sorry - not seeing what all the drama is about.  She wouldn't have said yes to the date in the first place if she wasn't interested.

That would be the case, but this one guy has been after her on facebook and she keeps posting about him on there, like how he made her day and stuff like that. The thing I find kinda sketchy is that I messaged her asking
for her number on a couple of occasions, but she never gave it to me. Yet when I don't ask her for the number she replies and stuff. So I've been trying not to worry about this and detaching and just focusing on the outcome. However, I haven't felt spurred to take any action yet. I was hoping I'd run into her at school and be able to ask her out but so far I haven't seen her.

I just sent her a message on facebook asking her how she's been. She hasn't been online yet so I'll update you guys on what happens.
