I have a question about MPS. If i visualize my ex gf erotically or whatever and she is with another guy and doesn't love me, i wonder if she gets aroused wouldn't she just called him and think about him more.. I want to try this as i don't have a problem with visualizing although i'm in really bad situation, she doesn't love me anymore.. but i want her so much and i don't want to give up on her.. 

ok let me adress some things one at a time.

first, there is a section in the book about this type of thing. it states that only you can use love spells or mind power seductions and no one else  'because' in  the end it is the 'doer' who they will be attracted to in the end.

you create a empathic link between the two of you and thier sub concious mind will be the part that tell them it's you and not the other person.

now, realize that your feeling of "she doesn't love me" and all other possible fears is coming from your ego, the ego fears lose and causes worry and anxiety. it  also get in the way.

chose to live in the ,moment and you will detacht from your fears, which are 95 to 99% illusions anyway. living in the moment with detachment silences the ego and gets it out of the way and you will feel total bliss. it's the best buzz you could ever get.

last, it doesn't matter when you think or see going on. that too is a total illusion, illusions look and feel real but they aren't. feel as if she does love you, feel as if you have her already. and get your ego out of the away first, you'll have a easier time.

also, look up robert bruce's free e book, astral dynamics. it has a energy work exercies that you can use to help make your mps stonger and get into alpha state easier as well.


and one final note, somethign you'll need to know about living in the moment. you have what you really want NOW, what you truely desire is already with you. the symbol, the physical form or manifestation will come to you along the way so don't look for it or make it this huge goal.

the best thing to do is not think at all. put your attention on the present moment, the NOW.

when you do you'll notice a difference in how everything looks and feel. you'll slowly begin to feel a sense of total bliss, free from worry and doubt.

think about a sport or a favorite hobby you might do, when you get so involved in it, nothing else but what your focused on appears to you.

living in your mind, you'll live in the past or the future. living in the past brings the feeling of lose and guilt, living in the future brings anxitiy and worry.

live in the moment, you could focus on your breathing or your bodily movement, fingers typeing, legs walking etc, and any type of work or chores you might be doing, this is what sholin monks do.

Something that brings out what you desire. you've got to beleive in fully.

this is something that goes with detachment. if you believe that no matter what your going to get this person (back) wha twould you need to be afraid of in this respect?

Believe this person is your soul mate and they will be. Beleive you are meant to be together and you will be.

even if you left right now gota job somewhere in another country, if you believe you'll be with that person no matter what happens yo uwill be with them.

also, don't put your focus on the "I don't wanta wait xx years" because thats what you'll get. insted put your focus on the feeling of having them now.

Iron Ur: and oh there's something that's been bothering me, well you're also recommending MPS/ seduction of anyform etc,. and to me it doesn't go right since it looked like a 'love spell'/ 'love ritual' to manipulate others, in my opinion, I think MPS is only best for those already in a relationship and the rest of situations just pure willpower to use,.i don't feel right when there's a sense of controlling/manipulating others, I got my free will, and the other has too and as much as possible he must love me by his own will,.in my case that I want my ex back I don't wanna manipulate him in any way

There are many, many different techniques and tools in LOA - you should only use those which resonate with you.  That something doesn't feel right to you doesn't make it wrong, per se.  It simply means that technique is not for you.

though I did send vibrational love letters to my ex, i got curious w/ mps so i kind of downloaded it, the 'seduction' term just felt off to me, but the contect could be probably something else so I'll just decide if i'll use it after reading
