Something that brings out what you desire. you've got to beleive in fully.

this is something that goes with detachment. if you believe that no matter what your going to get this person (back) wha twould you need to be afraid of in this respect?

Believe this person is your soul mate and they will be. Beleive you are meant to be together and you will be.

even if you left right now gota job somewhere in another country, if you believe you'll be with that person no matter what happens yo uwill be with them.

also, don't put your focus on the "I don't wanta wait xx years" because thats what you'll get. insted put your focus on the feeling of having them now.

okso now im gona share with yo uall some ways to charge your self with the vibe to get what you desire.

I learned this from Robert bruces energy work and from matt's core energy meditations and techniques. these can be used with affermations and eft if yo ulike, makes them stronger

the purpose of these is tochange your subconcious and vibration to align, once your done just forget all about it and let go. wondering if you did it right or if it's working doesn't help. also if you ever start to worry or be afriad, center yourself first before you start. this makes it easier

1. focus on your breathing, breath fully and slow as comfortably possible. close your eyes if it's easier for you and try to have no distractions.

once your clam and centered. try to imagine and feel that the one you desire is within visual distance. about a few feet away from you.

now imagine there is small ball of energy between you both, use your intension that this energy ball is your love for each other. now both of you fill this ball of energy with your love. don't worry if your doing it right, as long as your intension is there your doing right. try to imagine visually and feel it NOW .

let the ball of love expad and cover you both in a aura of burning love. as you do this imagine both of you coming together in a loving embrace, holding and smiling, feel the happyness and love.

do this as long as you possibly can. if you lose focus just bring your attention right back to it, practice makes perfect.

2. center yourself with breathing like you did before. once your calm. start to feel yourself breathing into your intire body.

feel the energy go into you as a whole as you inhale and out of you as a whole as you exhale, (if you exhale and feel it come in thats fine too)

once you have this momentum down, you'll kow when, imagine the energy of your desire coming into you and filling you body as a whole, on the release you can imagine a smoke cloud leaving or nothing leaving at all.

once you get that mometum in, shift to your solar plexus, it's where your rip cage starts to part. your solar plexus and subconsious are the same thing. imagine the energy of your desire flowing from your solar plexus filling your whole body, everything every cell. past your body and into your aura. practice with that as well

3. if you find this alittle easier to do. say like there is something that upseting you about the person you desire. and your having trouble getting over it. well then just imaine that being in front of you in a form of a ball or whatever shape.

make it look and feel as real as you can imagine. then cut it up with a imaginary knife or a card etc. cut it from all angles till it's in little chunks, then imagine it explodes or dissolves or fades away.

THEN reapply the above exercieses if that helps, this makes your Sub C. think you've removed something and replaced it with something else. remember the Sub C. doesn't know 'real' from 'imagineation'

4. I made this one up. ceter yourself and put your hands clsoe together, like your gona make a energy ball. you can find info about that online EVERYWHERE.

now once the energy ball is formed, you should be able to tell. know fill this ball with your intention. let it grow larger and larger. now once you feel it's time, try to compact this ball as much as you can while till allowing it to grow.

once you feel it's 'strong enough' slowly 'feed' it into your sub. C area, your diaphrame. and hold the energy of your desire in your solar plexus ( all the same thing remember) then slwoly allow it to soak into your body, into your cells into your aura. everything.

This all combines visualzations to help you sub c. and vibration line up with what you want. doing this enough will over flow you with that vibration.

after your done, just feel happy and feel great. hold that for as long as you need. do this when you feel you need it or practice it regularly. If your alittle nervous or unsure. try it out of little things until you get it down then move on to the bigger stuff

Believe, Step three is going through the process of showing your subconscience that a feeling or belief has been eliminated. When I did this process with a Joe Vitale video, it really had an effect on me - dreamed about it afterwards.

step three is IF you have any upsetting feeling that you can't get around or just want to get rid off this is a exercies for you to do.

you can do it alone, by it's self. or you can use it to get rid of something negative then use the other steps to REPLACE it with something positive.

I just had a realization, it was reaffirmed by a client of robert Anthoeny.

in the art of honopono pono. there are blocks your not aware of. just as their are things that block us their are things that support us.

even though you may have forgotten all about your desire for something consiously. it still lives in your Sub C. mind. and thats where all the real power lies, and comes.

remember the alternators story i had. even though I forgot consiously, I remembed sub C. and thats how it can to me.

also here. this made me cry
