hey everyone!
i just need positive vibes...its one of those days that nothing can take the pain away...its like the emotional pain becomes physical and i really dont know what to do...i try to be positive, i look at my vision board, i say my affirmations, i visualize being happy with him again...etc...its been almost 3 weeks since i last texted him, he replied but after that silence...i decided not to contact him again and am sticking to it but it drives me crazy...i love him so much...we were together for 4 years and then reason we broke up was cos the last minute he got cold feet about moving to my country and start our life together! i really believe that we ll get back together yet i can't relax and let go...
does anyone feel like this? any advice?

Hi Tracey.
My advice is to put him out of your mind for now. Be in the present moment and notice what is working for you right now. Thinking about him is getting you tied up in emotional knots and that is not a good place to be.

You have to let it go for now until you are feeling better. I like watching Abraham Hicks videos to get to a better thought and feeling place.. do what ever you like to do to feel better.

Remember you are a whole and complete, wonderful, loving, unique human being.
You have a soul that is pure love, nothing can ever really be wrong and nothing is ever missing!!

@Traceymar, just focus in yourself - by doing everything that will make you happy and better as a person! Remember that for you to manifest what your heart so desires, you need to emit the positive and happy vibration. There are really times when negative feelings just pop in, what is important, you acknowledge that feelings and let it go!

I know exactly how you feel. Adam and I were together for almost three years until he got cold feet (fear of a second failed marriage)  Below is every tool I have used to keep us moving forward.  We aren't together. I live with my sister but I am grateful for all that I have been able to accomplish since being apart from him.  I know with ABSOLUTE certainty that he and are together in my heart and will be forever.  He is slowly but surely coming around.  Everything WILL be okay.  Lots of love and the very best of LOA to you.
