Help, I'd like to get my ex back, and I feel lost!

Hello,

I'm so heart-broken. My boyfriend of 2 years and I have broken up. Our relationship was pretty shaky, he broke up 2 times with me in the past, and then came back. This time, he got really mad, and broke up with me completely. He's now going out meeting other people, and I"m stuck at home miserable and crying all the time. I don't know what to do. I read a couple of articles on how to do No Contact, so after I begged him to come back to me for about 3 days, I then stopped. I haven't spoken to him in 9 days...
Can someone suggest what to do? I can't stop thinking about him, it's ll I do all day long.
I want to call him and ask him to just be friends, but I'm scared to death that he'll reject me even as a friend. We had a very passionate connection, and he asked me not to contact him because it was hard for him as well to break away from me...

I would appreciate any suggestions... I just don't want to lose him!

stop stop cancel cancel! don't do this yourself. We are at the same situation with you. But i learned that negative thinks attract negative occasions. Take self-confidence. Don't cry. You will take your ex-back. But it's possible only positive thougts. Try to be positive, if you can't do it, try again again and again never give up.  Believe and be positive ok??

the first thing you must remove is the negative power that you are giving. right now you are giving the universe the signal that i want to be negative. i want to be miserable. i want to be unhappy.

so stop that IMMEDIATELY.

that is a major first step for you.
