getting the ex back

Hi all
Im very new to all this but I wante to share whats happened to me.. Its a long storymade short...after a year of trying to take me out I finally agreed to a date with a guy that works across the road from me and I saw him eveyday in our canteen... things progreessed very quickly and I fell head over heels and we just had the best time (this was july 09... ) he always said he was perfect for me and we matched in so many ways. Towards the end of the year he became quite distant and I started to notice alot of hate in him, I wont go into it but it came to a head just after new year when he blamed my son (12yrs old) for upseting his son (they had got on perfectly until that point) so he would not budge on it so I said I was graciously walking away.... to my horror he said fine .. I suppose I wanted him to fight for me... anyway I paniked and we spent 3 or 4 weeks talking over it and he then just turn round and said well he didnt feel that way about me anyway and didnt know why (which was strange given that 3 weeks earlier he had told me he loved me ( for the first time in 5months) (we are both 40 and not stupid - ... I was devastated.. my whole life jsut fell apart literally.... (I have been married and divorced but never had feelings like this before for anyone).. he said that when I told him he was full of hate that I had hit the nail on the head and he could not be in a relationship.... so cutting the story short again, I did the typical thing, emailing and texting but he just ignored it all. I have had help and used all the learnings and I have had to work very very hard to focus on the law of attraction / power of the universe / the secret. Whats been hard is he comes into our canteen alot.... I changed my hair, make up , clothes and feel so much better about myself, I dont fall apart when I see him, I actually look great now and im full of so much confidence , all his mates thinks he is an idiot for letting me go..   whats great is that they all still say hi to me but he just does not look.... so here is the deal... I truely belieieve after all the grieving that he is the one still...I have read some of the tips on here about getting your ex back but I could do with any extra tips... thank you so much to you and well done to everyone who has managed to get their ex back c

We're together in this endeavor, my fair lady. I am also working toward that very goal, myself.

No updates as yet.. everyday I am getting stronger and putting myself on that pedestal and liking myself more and more... I have had the odd blip.. will he come back? I do my meditation and gratitude and gratitude intentions everyday ... anymore tips from anyone will be very helpful and whether it worked for you or not .... love and light to you all xx

You can try attracting a more complete life, and being more prone to smile and laugh. It worked for me, I am finding myself laughing at little provocation, when formerly I was a near-completely serious stone.

An update ...... some weird stuff happened today, is this sign the ex is on his way back or is it me just noticing it? just very odd ... as I was driving a home a guy was hitching a lift with a sign that had his town on it ( 20 odd miles away).. I then passed a car the same as his with a personalised plate with the exact same 4 letters and numbers at the beginning ( L200 - the make of the truck).. then on TV a guy in a soap was wearing the exact sami beanie hat with his football club on it.. he has one exactly the same and wore it when we went away in December.  .. oh and last night I dreamt about his mum ( which is very odd indeed ) but I woke with such a start as I remember sensations and smells... then I find out he is taking part in a charity run this weekend in my town..... is this all too spooky or is it perhaps me wanting to make something of it all.... ??....Should I be disgardng this information and keep cutting the thougts? .... Im not quite sure what to do.. , thank you

You  just noticing it gives power to the possibility of him coming back for real.
