I had some very emotional few days to say the least. For some reason this weekend was like a truck hit me and I was feeling overpowered. I have been doing a lot of LOA things, and I really felt like I was getting to a better place. Not only with me but starting to get back on track with my ex, but in the middle of last week it all kinda fell apart. For the last week I could do nothing but have dreams of us together, feel a huge burning in my heart for something to happen, and I was getting more emotional than I have in months. It was getting to the point where I had to stop doing everything I was before, and take some time off , I was in a very emotional state and couldn’t focus on even having a moment to relax and clear my mind.

Someone else posted a few days ago how they keep seeing images of themselves with their ex, in the future, and I am really getting many of those but it gets mixed with worry and waiting. To add on top of it having constant dream after dream of her is not helping me, I just feel like I have 100% of my heart and soul put into this and its pretty scary.

oh i know how you feel

dont be scared though, it is LOVE and the strongest power ever. it is scary- but just feel it and go through it. dont see it negative- you are allowed to love your ex and feel the feeling of love- overwhelming i know.

it could be, that things are really changing into the right direction now and you might feel this coming and get confused about the intensity....
dont worry- YOU LOVE HER AND YOU FEEL HER LOVE AND THE BOND BETWEEN YOU AND HER

try to stay calm, you are not losing control, just feels like that

when you change course, your subconscious becomes alert and worried. because you are switching from your normal course of action, you feel scared and worried about it. you are however, attached as you know. this is in part where those dreams are coming from. they are also coming from the parallel universes where what you are focused on has already been achieved. the combination of both brings a strong sense of emotion. our sleep time is the time when we are uploading and downloading information to the universe. imho the more vivid the visuals and emotions of a dream, the closer to alignment you are with that desire.
my advice for you is this. enjoy the dreams. enjoy the feelings from them. be grateful for those dreams as a guide to where you are going. and then let them go. release them back to the universe to do with them as it will. when we hold on to that we are not allowing things to move a long as they should. thus the uncomfortable burning feeling that comes from WAITING for something to happen.
know that everything is working as it should and you are on track.
