Hello!

I did this too, and I also feel completely drained afterwards. It's like I have no energy left, I feel dizzy, and all I can do is sleep. Actually, I slept like a rock today.

Feels good, though...

Ava, I think he will feel it, even if he's sleeping. Maybe he'll dream about you... Maybe he'll get your message in dreams... Or maybe he'll feel you in the morning. But I'm sure he receives the message anyway.
