Update

I did another session last night and took me 45mins. This time, I used Stefzilla's suggestion on Brain Sync for meditation and calming of my mind first.  I used the guided meditation one instead as I felt it brought me to a deeper state easier.  The meditation part took me longer this time and I cut short my visualization. Trying not to be too long winded ;-)

I just saw this yes i visualize exactly what i see him/us doing.

I want him to ask me out on a date so i visualize him walking towards me, what he looks like, what he's wearing, exactly what he says to me..what i say back..everything! Today it lasted another 20 minutes..out loud telling a story..i have been doing this for 6 days now!

Its funny whatever color shirt i see him wearing when i do this before work i have seen him wear that same day! That happened 3x so far He has been out sick from work these last 2 days. But i have been doing it everyday so far.


I just wonder if i should be doing this everyday?  Anyone know?

ImMarksBsWife, I think you should do it everyday provided you want to do it. Not that you have to do it.  When I feel like doing mine, it felt more "potent" if you know what I mean. I still remember the movie "The Secret" where they said those successful people are those who make it a habit. Not a chore.

is it necessary to record your voice?can someone pretend that some one else is hearing,instead of recording your voice?

I've done it a few times. I recorded it only the first time. I don't believe there's a reason to record it, only if it makes you feel better or is a motivation that you have to talk aloud in order to be recorded.

I found that it works better than simple visualization as it keeps me focused and I don't lose it thinking of other things. I don't do long sessions though, only 10-15 minutes plus 5 minutes or so to concentrate. I don't use music or waves.

Yes, i do do it when i want to, as opposed to having to..that never feels right.

I am hoping it will become a habit in the sense that it is not a forced thing..so far when i do it i like doing it, and lately i have also been doing more of the affirmations writing and speaking them outloud...I feel so good doing this as well.


I am trying to do it all...lol...its like i have to pick and choose ''So, which one do i feel like doing today..?''
