Awesome read man....thank you very much for posting it. i recently posted up wondering what action i needed to take.  my gut has been telling me i need to do something.  I have now figured it out.  I have used LOA in various portions of my life but never to get an ex back.

There are parts of Ankur's post that resonate with me like me working on myself to put myself in a happy place, but there are parts that make no sense whatsoever unless my ex is psycho stalking me to see what I'm doing.  How would he know I'm skinnier or more confident or any of these other things that come from me improving myself if he's geographically 30 miles away from me at all times, we have no overlapping friends, and no communication?  He would see through and through my calling him in 3 or 6 months to meet for coffee.  I barely date, and I can even see through that.  That's an obvious want to try again if this guy has dated profusely in the past (which he has).  Also...right after Ankur's post about LOA definitely working to bring an ex back, a moderator is recommending that we stop trying to use this for a specific person and recommends a more general soulmate search.  The mixed messages are confusing.

I want to use this to bring an ex back out of thin air.  Not a new guy. Not a soulmate. This specific person.
I have zero contact with this ex, and that situation won't change in 3 or 6 months or a year unless he initiates it.
He has no way to check up on me since our spheres of influence don't overlap, so any work I do on myself is really going to get noticed exclusively by me and whatever random people are around me at any given point in time.

With those realities in place, how would I proceed? 
I know my post sounds irritated, but if you put yourself in the shoes of someone who is going through this and every website says something different with regard to this and even within the same post thread every post says something different, how is anyone going to figure out how this works? It's upsetting to make a plan then hear plans that contradict those plans then success stories that contradict those plans, etc...

I have been searching the web for the correct way to use the Law of attraction to get  my love back . and I have found this ...

To be honest - it feels like if anyone could actually do all of this , he would be so "independent" that he wouldn't need anyone anyway . and thats kind of..un -human . not to mention , misses the whole point of what people REALLY want ....

So its no surprise to me that your relationship was constantly going back and forth . if it would be the perfect love you were supposedly attracting - it shouldn't  have looked this way ...

now I'm not coming to say that you are not right . because you have  a few strong points you deserve all the credit for

mainly - saying that  your request should not be ,asking the universe to change your lovers mind . but to become someone that can attract that person .

I find it kind of funny that these are the same tips you can get from most of "get your ex back" guides you can  find online - just comes to show you that the law of attraction goes hand by hand with everything in our world .

While reading it - I realized I am actually on its process already.. (no contact nearly 3 months and I never really tried contacting him) and yes, focusing on myself.. sooo..who knows what will happen but best of luck. Thanks for this post it gave me reminders to look unto.

I HAVE one confusion though? i read your affirmations and they are rather long, and so forth. What would be the best affirmation possible. I read somewhere, universe likes it, simple and too the point

I found the woman of my dreams online. Yulia is in Kherson Ukraine and I am in California. Our relationship went great for three years. I went to visit her in 2008 and when I returned I lost my job. It took me three years to find another job. This past year is when the trouble started. Hey so me & my ex dated for 15 months & thing is when we first met we were always drawn to eachother except at the wrong times, by that I mean he would like me when I had a bf or I would like him when he had a gf finally we left things alone & it all fell together and we were so happy, but then in march last month, he said he lost feelings out of the blue & he started smoking weed after we broke up. Then he got with a rebound girl just so he could try an get over me. He is doing this because hes scared that if we stay together and he goes off to college this year an i have 1 more year in hs hes scared we will drift off and fall apart so he wants to save us the hurt from then an take it now. So now im worried because he cuts, he smokes weed with the new girl and idk what else, & its sad because he lied an he made a drastic change in the past month all of his friends stopped talking to him & he cut me off so he could get over me. All I really want is to get him back so he could realize the love we did have an how we fell together was the magical part knowing him hes running from his problems and finding other ways to cope with it & wont talk. I hear he looks miserable. All im doing is praying an hoping he gets a change of heart. Its really sad. Any advice?
