been up all night crying :(

This might come out more of a vent but i have no where else to go. I feel like I know what I have to do. I have to let go completely because im making myself so very unhappy. I slept three hours and woke up crying all night. I haven't felt this way in such a long time. I know i have to make myself happy and I feel really alone. I need to clear all these negative thoughts. I will be in a heathy relationship where no one is ashamed of me or uses me. I am not crying because im depressed but because I know this is what is best for me. I'm sorry everyone I'm just very emotional tonight and havent been in such a long time. I need to love myself and remember ii m worth more then friends with benefits. I just wish I had someone to understand me but none the less I'm sending out positive energy and belive it will come back to me. I need to stop checking his social pages. I am a good, kind and loving person. I just need to get out of this funk.

Hi chrissy8907 I hope your feeling better! I know how you feel, your situation sounds very similar to mine, where you know what went wrong, you know what to do about it, but it's just the process of letting go, and from what i've read on here, it will happen with time.
I was feeling the same way this morning! you really just want to heal and move on and start the positive things happening and really start recieving, but it's so hard! I struggling too at the moment, but I just keep reminding myself, it's about ME. I think once you've been through the whole "friends with benfits thing" you really come out of it with little self worth and confidence, and you find that you've become extremly dependent on them for your happiness, well that's how i feel anyway. Just keep up the positive thinking and I'm sure with time things will get better and easier, for both of us! x

there's no need for apologies, Chrissy. I'm pretty sure everyone on here goes through this and it's a good thing that you are expressing yourself. As you are, I too have or rather had a tendency to just bottle things in, but I realized that that is quite unhealthy because all it does is build and build till one day you just can't take it anymore and just have a complete breakdown (it happened to me a few weeks ago ). It's good that you know what to do and are willing to work on those things instead of just denying them. Yes, it is a very good idea to stop looking at his sights, today is actually the second day that I haven't looked at his or his current girlfriends site and I must say that I feel soo much better and you will too. This could be the wake up call he needs or it might open the door for something even better to come into your life, either way you are on the right path. I know its hard but i have done it before , and really looking back at it now, it was well worth it.
