Hey, guys!
I'm sort of at a loss here with my manifesting techniques, and I was wondering if I could get advice from people who are really good at manifesting please!
I understand the simple steps of 1) Set Intention/Desire 2) Believe 3) Receive. However, I get caught up in the "DON'T THINK OF NEGATIVE THOUGHTS" area.
I have sent my intention out already. I wrote it down clearly...but now its been a constant battle of thoughts in my head. I know you have to keep thinking thoughts that match your desire, so every time I think something contrary, I immediately switch to positive! I'm guess that's what I'm supposed to do, but somehow the back and forth between positive and negative doesn't really seem all that right to me. I feel like I'm trying to MAKE things happen by consistently thinking good thoughts. But at the same time, I feel if I let go or stop thinking about my desire, I won't know what I'm attracting because there may be a few unchecked negative/unwanted thoughts that manifest! I hope I'm making sense! (It hardly makes sense in my head anyways...)
You can either let go by A)Still thinking about your intention but in a good way or B) Stop thinking about it
But how do you know what you're getting with B if you've thought a lot of negative/unwanted thoughts about it before???
I would really, really, really appreciate some insight on this, if anyone has any! Thank you!!!!
