Hey, guys!

I'm sort of at a loss here with my manifesting techniques, and I was wondering if I could get advice from people who are really good at manifesting please!

I understand the simple steps of 1) Set Intention/Desire 2) Believe 3) Receive. However, I get caught up in the "DON'T THINK OF NEGATIVE THOUGHTS" area.

I have sent my intention out already. I wrote it down clearly...but now its been a constant battle of thoughts in my head. I know you have to keep thinking thoughts that match your desire, so every time I think something contrary, I immediately switch to positive! I'm guess that's what I'm supposed to do, but somehow the back and forth between positive and negative doesn't really seem all that right to me. I feel like I'm trying to MAKE things happen by consistently thinking good thoughts. But at the same time, I feel if I let go or stop thinking about my desire, I won't know what I'm attracting because there may be a few unchecked negative/unwanted thoughts that manifest! I hope I'm making sense! (It hardly makes sense in my head anyways...)

You can either let go by A)Still thinking about your intention but in a good way or B) Stop thinking about it

But how do you know what you're getting with B if you've thought a lot of negative/unwanted thoughts about it before???

I would really, really, really appreciate some insight on this, if anyone has any! Thank you!!!!

Sometimes you have to back up and take small steps so you can set intentions you can believe in to  manifest.  I sometimes write things out, then as they begin to happen, I stretch (edit) the intention to one closer to the end result.   For a relationship - affirm for the contact or date, next after contact write  the regular calls and visits, next write about  the comitted relationship....

if you feel that you let go and stop thinking about our desire doesnt mean its out of this world!! its very good indeed  :D
you made your wish and now you are in the phase of not thinking about it anymore. great!!

when negative thoughts are going to disturb you, try to repeat "cancel" until the have gone or pstec, very very good to erase them:

IT WILL HELP YOU, what also helps me is "all is well"

I assumed that karma was the same as the amount of thank yous you have received, but a few people especially older members have karma and thank you numbers that are different from each other. I was confused on that, and so funny u asked when I was going to!!
