are the stories on the secret website true?

hey guys,

This is not meant to spread any negativity, I'm just genuinely curious & would like some feedback. I read the stories on the secret website myself & they are updated every few days or something. My friends were talking about the secret movie & all of them seem to think the stories on the website are basically blatant advertising tools, not written by 'real' people. what's everyone's opinion on this?

I can't say for definite if they're all true but why wouls somebody make them up. I know they're not a marketing tool. One story I read was posted by someone who lives in a town near me. She had an unusual name. She had mentioned facebook in her post and I did a quick search for her name on facebook - like I said unusual name and spelling.

Her story on the secret website was about her getting into a difficult course at uni and how she had attracted using the secret not only 1 offer but 6 offers for this course at various diff prestigious universities. Her facebook profile was open and I could see on her wall - where she updated her status to say each time she had been made an offer for uni. She made no mention on fb about the secret - but her story was about her uni offers.

Apart from that - the secret is a huge global success - selling millions of books and dvds - I hardly think they need to make up stories to boost sales.

I don't see why the stories wouldn't be real.  it's not as if anyone of them is unbelievable.  if anything, the stories are mostly about people being grateful for the little things in life that mean a lot to them but might not mean that much to others.

The stories must be true. I agree with Lise.

Yea absolutely without a single shadow of doubt..because I can feel them being true..
When LOA is true..this forum is true..people's problems are true...why not the solutions?

hey everyone, thanks for the replies. I know Loa is true Was just wondering about the secret website after talking to my friends. I don't have doubts about this forum at all. I guess on that website, people only post their end result so it may spur doubts. that's why I like this forum, we literally take the journey with the success stories, from the very first post where they encounter the problem/heartbreak/etc. i LOVE reading inspirational success stories.
