Anyone feels the same way?

My boyfriend left me more than 2 months ago.  Though we have only be together for one month, I have very very strong faith that he will be back again.  I can see us spending our life together, eventhough when he left, he told me he will not give me another chance again.

My faith grew because of constant practice of positive affirmations and LoA.  But at the same time, I have a very small nagging feeling that I am just in denial.  He is not coming back, I am just fooling myself and preventing myself from meeting someone else.  I am worried I am just wasting my time as I am not getting any younger.  I am tuning 32 next year.

Anyone feels the same way?  Do you truly believe that as long as our faith is strong, he Will come back?

I can tell you from personal experience that I attracted a man back after only dating for 1 month.  I dated him again 6 years later and I have seen him recently.....so anything is possible.....ANYTHING if you want it bad enough. 

Here's the thing though, after the last time a dated him (I broke up with him), I asked the Universe, God...Source that if I wasn't suppose to be with him (which I before that time for those 6 years believe I was meant to be with him) to please send me the man I am suppose to be with......and shortly afterward I started seeing my honey.  It was like night and day with him and I can say 100% that he is better suited for me than the other guy. 

It's all up to you though!!  So you decide what you truly want and go after it!

It's true, you absolutely do create your reality with your thoughts. What you focus on, you get. What you could do is ask for "this or something better" - so then you'll get your buy back, or someone better! Read all of the 'getting your ex back' threads on here, there's a load of amazing advice.

For me, I realised that my ex and I weren't right for each other, and that's why I didn't attract him back. You have to realise whether you really want your ex back or you just want the comfort of a romantic relationship - do you believe there's someone better out there for you?

I feel that the relationship is too short for me to know if we are right for each other.  We were just too carried away with other stressors in life and allow silly arguments to tear us apart.

That's why I do not know where my faith comes from.  Despite this, I genuinely believe he will be back again.  I feel that the relationship was too good to let go without trying again.  He said my negativity is an issue.  Eversince I  believe in LOA, I am a lot more positive than before and I believe the reason that broke us up no longer exist.

I hope my faith is an indicator that he will be back, and not a sign that I am in denial.

This is my personal opinion and not to hurt anyone's feelings.

When I come across the posts that read "I want my ex back" I really wonder why...

I am a man who believes in the philosophy "Don't cry because its over, smile because it happened"

I mean, really, are we all short of options in our life? If you were able to attract someone like him before, then you can attract similar one again. Why try to use the great law to change someone else's mind?

Open your eyes, this world is full of awesome people. Who knows you might come across even better man?

All you have to do is open yourself for more opportunities, make yourself available to the new horizons... Thats what the whole "Law of Attraction" is all about...

I can understand that its very hard forget our past beautiful relationships. But we make it even harder by not moving on.

Your own value is always higher than someone else. So why to feel small for someone who has no idea what he is missing?

Thats what I think.

P.S. - I didn't mean to hurt your feelings about your ex. I'm just being honest about how I really think...

Shouldnt have hurt anyones feelings.  Thats how you feel about the subject and its a good opinion.  I can agree with a bit of it.  you shouldnt make yourself feel small.  unfortunetly its what happens after a break up more times then not.  either you feel like crap about what you did or about getting dump and most people beat themselves up. 
For me i loved being around her.  Just thinking of her brings a smile.  even if i was to never see her again you can believe i am more then grateful for our time together.   if someone else comes a long they come a long.  however, i would rather have her back if i had a choice in it.  and it goes much deeper then trying to change someones mind. that would be to go against their free will.  its would take a bit to really explain it but if you are interested theres plenty of posts around

I agree with 2tt....But there are other reasons to want someone back.  Sometimes it's simple mis-communication that may have contributed to a break up, sometimes pride, sometimes extenuating circumstances.  Many times two people who love each other and have a connection meet during a time when it's poor timing and they can't be together even though they both want to be and during those times other things need to transpire so they can come together again and stay together. 

This isn't as simple as......he or she decided they don't want me so I should just move on!! 

Sorry but each case is different and even though YOU don't want someone back or feel that special connection with someone you love, other people do......some of us desire to reunite with our SOUL MATES. 

Maybe you don't believe in Soul mates....that is your opinion, I frankly do!  So why not use the LOA to facilitate a reunion with our loved ones? 

It's a choice, you choose not to, we choose to! It's all good!  In the end, we all get what we want.

I think whatever you believe, you're going to get. So if you believe you're in denial, then you're going to get proof that you're in denial. If you believe that's he's going to come back, then he's going to come back.

I remember one breakup where I thought to myself...he's going to come back, this isn't over. And well, a week later he called me two times. (I never picked up or responded to his message because I was so pissed off at him. )  Then a few more weeks later he saw me at school and tried to talk to me and gave me a hug (I was friendly, but didn't hug him back).  He then gave up after that. Which wasn't such a horrible thing since I started falling for someone else.

Maybe it makes you wonder, because you haven't experienced a situation where you'd feel like you'd want an ex back? I know for me, I tried to get over the guy, even started falling for someone else and then found myself being drawn back to him a year later.

I supposed I am still not detach enough.  Sometimes I have a lot of faith and I really believe we are not over yet.  Sometimes I think I am just fooling myself and just seeing him adding a new gal friend on Facebook is enough to make my heart sink.
