Anyone else here have NO ONE????

Is there anyone else out there who is as ALONE as I am? Single mother, 3 small kids and a mean, mean old mother who will not stop insulting me. I can't sleep, I can't eat. I have no family who likes me, no friends (just one who is 5000 miles away and has her own life) I have no one. i refuse to call any services for help becuz they would prob be assholes and try and take my kids or judge me.
I cannot stand being so alone i cannot stand it. i hate my life i hate my life i hate my life i hate my life. and if anyone posts a reply who is not totally alone and devoid of all friends or family then you DO NOT GET IT. NO ONE UNDERSTANDS UNLESS YOU ARE LIVING THIS.
I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE BUT JUST HOPED SMEONE ELSE OUT THERE WAS IN THE SAME SITUATION AS ME, IF NOT GUESS MY HELL JUST CONTINUES.

Granted I am not in your shoes but have helped many in similar situations.  If you don't want to take our advice I recommend you get the book Ask and It Is Given by Jerry and Esther Hicks.  You can also pick up any book by Joe Vitale.  Talk about a guy who went from absolutely NOTHING to having it all.  I would start him.

I am so so sorry.
I wish i could help. I am not in your situation but i hope i can be of some support, I may not quite understand just how bad it is for you but i wish i could help.
My mother was in the same situation as you when she raised me. 3 small children, husband disapperaed, my mum suffered a terrible illness which made her disabled when i was 3, she could walk for several years, she couldnt get any help as she couldnt work and like you was scared we would be taken from her.
She then got evicted and had no where to live, we have no other family, it has always been just the four of us.
All i can say about her is she is the most corageous person i know. I love her immesley and there is no one i respect more.
She came through her ordeal and so will you, i am sure of that and she is so strong and wise as a result.
I am not trying to tell you to get over it or that it isnt awful, but my mums story is the only way i can relate.
Know that we love you, so does the universe and all things are transient. THIS WONT LAST FOREVER!

Hey gogetter, try to stay calm - no one is having a go at you, and we really do want to help!
 
Have a look at the advice I gave you in your mother-in-law thread - I really do think it would help you.
 
I understand how you feel, and I also understand that you can turn this around and be feeling lots better. And you haven't got no one - you have your kids. There's no purer love in the world. And they need you too.

ps - I have felt just this crazy before, so I really do understand how you feel. And the good news is that I also know that it really can get better.

We do not think you are crazy, I went through something very similar, Do the EFT and nonstop Hoponopono. I had bad thoughts for awhile. Also go to Youtube and listen to chakra balance frequencies, you are all bound up, they help tremendously. I will post some sites for you in a few.

@gogetter, I wish I had three kids to homeschool.  How truly blessed and fortunate you are.  I wake up everyday, the only human being in my house and go to bed alone, as well.  sometimes,
i feel so lonely, I cry.  Am I completely devoid of friends and family?  No, and neither, by your own admission, are you. 
 
we all have our crosses to bear.  we all have our sorrows.  however, some choose to maintain a positive attitude so that we can attract good people into our lives.  You have to make a conscious effort to be happy.  It actually is a habit one develops over time with consistent practice.
 
You wrote that you never meant to be a bother on this forum.  well, one thing I've noticed is that you don't participate here.  You write post after post complaining about your life and expecting others to lift you up without you doing anything to show support to anyone else.
 
One of the ways people become more positive on this forum is to help others.  read someone else's posts and give them a little pick-me-up reply.  This will be a great exercise in making friends.
 
Look by the side of your replies, under your name.  You have given and received zero thank yous.  This means you're not acknowledging all of the kind people who take time out of their lives to reply to you.  The thank you button is at the top right corner at each reply.  start pushing it.
 
You'll also notice something that says karma.  we give each other karma points when we feel that someone has posted something beneficial to the forum as a whole.  start giving away some karma points.  You do this by clicking the applause button.  Right now, you have zero karma.  I'll bet that will go up if you take a few minutes away from focusing on your own troubles to lend a hand to someone else.
 
It's certainly okay to write about what troubles you; everyone here is happy to help.  But, if you want to start feeling more connected to others, you have to start giving.  In replying positively to other people's posts, you will naturally start to feel better.  You may even make a few friends!

It sounds to me as if you may be clinically depressed and he can help with that.
Get you regularly to talk to someone who will help you.
It is not a sign of weakness, it is a biological thing and it is not caused by anything you have done wrong. You just need to get it sorted, realise you have support of professionals and it will gradually get better.

Those suggestions came out of a place of concern and love, as mine did. All right we are not judging you at all, do you want to feel better? If yes what do you suggest? You have complete control of any judgement, etc. There are none. Di you not judge them by saying they are judging you? Think about it? Did you mean to do that, probably not. So therefore they did not either. They are trying to help you, by teaching you, and pointing out what you need to do is not a judgement. Take 10 deep breaths, and relax. It is the stress getting the best of you. Do the Chakra, or better yet just the Root one and then the 20 minute video. See how you feel. Eft if you need to after. Get yourself in a calm place and then concentrate of breathing slowly the rest of the day. Keep telling yourself that "Everyday in Everyway things are getting better and better." Put it in motion. Do this for the next ten minutes:

I am sorry
I love you
please forgive me
thank you
everyday in everyways things are getting better and better

and then go to Youtube watch a comedy video you like then the others

PLEASE do this and EFT as described me post anytime you feel stressed

I know I am stressed and angry(or what you are feeling), I deeply and completely love, accept and forgive myself

Well I often feel like I have no one....   My mother who was at times cranky and left me with many negative issues passed away and so did my father.   Since I did not grow up with relatives that left one sister who has many emotional problems.  She is 300 miles away and that is probably good because I could not live around her control issues, anger, and substance abuse.  I will go see her a bit during Christmas time.  She does not travel, so I am the one to do the travel.  I had no children when I was married, so yes - alone.   I have made many friend during my life and they are my connection to life.  The thing about friends is, to have friends you truly have to be a friend. 

Since my long term relationship fell apart, I have work and friends for solace.    Work has been stressful and negative at times, but this year I made a point to forgive the issues at work and be positive.  That brought me several nice changes at work this year.

One time at another job quite a few years ago, someone told me I was a negative person. Wow, that hurt.  I had to start a process to change that so I was not percieved that way...   
Another great book to start with is Louise Hay, Your Body Believes Every Word You Say (I think that is the title).  VC
