UPDATE:

Well I ran into her, and she basically said there are no feelings for me and it wont work. Obviously crushing, it goes against the vibe that I got from our phone call on Wednesday? What's going on Im devastated, what do I do. Do I still manifest the ideas, be cool with her, contact her, what, I dont know.

Any feedback would be great guys

What happened? Did you ask her about the wavelength question?
I think that for now, it might be best to try and regroup yourself. Focus on taking care of yourself and being happy.  Perhaps re-read that DNS getting your ex back bible thread again. Then if you still want to get her back, work on your affirmations and stuff .  Also, I'd leave her alone for awhile and let her contact you on her own. She did it once before, she'll do it again.

Thank you for your reply, no I didnt personally ask her about the wavelength thing. We go to the same pub on Sundays in our little town, she hadnt been in for weeks then turns up. The tension was unbelievable really odd as we are good friends, it was like we couldnt speak to each other, well my mate asked her whats going on and she replied, 'I have no feelings, Im not going back and Im not bothered" or something very similar. I also found out that she was seen with her on again, off again ex holding hands a few days ago.....bummer

I know I have to leave her alone, I dont want her to think I dont care though, she may then just say screw it. I hope by not contacting her, and as you say Tereza, she did it once she'll do it again, I truly hope so.

Good Lord I sound like a love lorn teenager......

Dear Paul

I understand that this is not an easy time for you. it's never easy to accept some realities in relationships at times. i feel that you are overwhelmed with emotions right now. stop worrying about her not caring...use your energy in pulling yourself together. to be honest, from the beginning i had an instinct that their might be another person in the picture but all that is besides the point. what you need to decide is that...do you think you can stay friends with her at all without causing any emotional instability to yourself?

this is the law of attraction in work. you probably were making a real effort in keeping yourself happy and attracted the call from her. but remember that you are in a see-saw of emotions at present. one minute you feel something and the next you feel something completely opposite. the feelings are mixed and so are the results.

please take care of yourself. focus on the goodness in you and have faith in God. our prayers with you.

Have to say that Im gutted that your instinct was another person, it came out of the blue for me when I heard, absolutely dodnt expect that. Its an old ex on her part, they have had an on again off again thing. She actually told me about him when we were together, saying it wasnt a healthy relationship, fighting all the time, but shes back with him, comfort and familiarity on her part I'd imagine, it wont last according to family and close friends, but thats not my problem. I have to focus on myself and use the LOA correctly (ie not focusing on HER, but on ME) as its said, you get what you give out, so concentrating on myself, making myself feel better, confidence, positive affirmations, visualising about us, but NOT focusing on the need for her, as its me that will attract, therefore I have to become attractive. (Am I missing anything else here, fill in the blanks for me)
