Some of you might have read, my ex is driving me crazy with all sorts of comments and activities he posted on fb.

Yesterday I was seriously considering deleting him from my fb as he had really broke my heart with some of the comments he posted. I started by deleting his number from my phone, and was going to went on and felted him from my fb. And suddenly I received a text from him asking me if I am ok! (I was venting some frustration on fb).

Of course that made me had a second thought on deleting him as I had always wanted to rebuild a friendship with him.. But on the other hand, it still hurt be reminded by fb everyday that I am no longer part of his life.. Lise has advised me against doing anything on impulse, as I have always wanted contact from him and now universe has responded. And crazy soul, on the other hand encourage me to delete him and work on myself.

I thought about it and decided that I will start a 30 day challenge instead
I will deactivate my fb account and not reactivate it for at least 30 days. During these 30 days, I will focus on myself, on being happy, just go with the flow and not think of manifesting anything. After 30 days, I will see how I feel and decide if I should extend.

I hope to move on, whether I will be with him or not, time will tell. I will be ok with or without him but first I need to move on!!

Please give me your support! I will update my progress here. And maybe you guys can join me if this is something you would like to try too!

Day 1

I deleted his number and all our message history. Also deactivated my account first thing in the morning.

It finally feels as if I am deleting him from my life and moving on. This is the guy who broke up with me after one month, on my birthday, after claiming how much he likes me. And avoided me like plague after we broke up. Since he does not want me in his life anymore, I will take myself out.

On a happier note, a friend offered to buy me lunch. She knows I am upset and want to cheer me up. I'm grateful to have such good friends in my life.

Day 2

Mixed feelings throughout the day. At times I felt anger, angry that he didn't treat me as a friend he promised to when he broke up with me. What have I done to deserve this? Why didn't he realise how hurtful it is? At times I felt peace and happiness, I can feel myself moving on and imagine if I see him again after I moved on, I will give him a cool and confident smile, and walk away with my head high. At times I imagine if he will feel shocked if he realised I have deactivated my acc (if he even bother to check). Then I have to slap and remind myself that I am doing this for myself!

I was talking to a fren about it today. And as I was talking to her, I imagined that I was talking to him and telling him about all the hurt I am feeling and I did feel better after that.

Tried to meditate last night, but as I meditate, a lot of memories about him came back. Eventhough they were memories of the good times we shared, I still felt disturbed by it.. But still, I will try to meditate again later.

One good thing I notice is I no longer blame myself for any failed relationship I had...I used to think there must be something wrong with me for not being able to keep them. Now I know the problems lie in them. I have came a long way in terms of self love and self esteem!

I realised I have not been very happy, positive and grateful recently. I must remind myself to make a conscious effort to do so. Can't slip back to negativity again!

Day 3

Ok this is tough. I had a bit of temptation to check his fb, just to see if he has openly declared his love for someone else, now that he knows I am not on fb anymore. But I stopped myself. I have a sudden insight that one way to love myself, is not to do anything or have any thought that will upset myself.

Other wise, it has been a good day, I was reminded several times that I am really good in my job and I loved that feelings. a friend asked me to take a short trip with her, we both need to getaway and unwind. I am really blessed to have good friends around me.

I have been coming to this forum a lot, a few times a day, I love to read people's post and draw positive energy from them.

I started listening and repeating affirmations again:

I am positive

I am happy

My life is perfect

I love my life

The universe knows my desire and all my desires will be delivered to me in the perfect timings.

Each day and every day, my life gets better, better and better

life is easy

now whenever I am tempted to reactivate my account, I will think of all of you and how I would disappoint all of you. That will give be the motivation and reason to carry on. LOL!

Maybe I should reward myself at the end of 30 days? A prada handbag?

I am not sure what's going to happen after that too. I am not going to think so much. I will just concentrate on being happy, positive and grateful everyday and see where it will bring me to 30 days later.

It's Day 4!

I had an awesome day today. Busy at work and I love that feeling!

Some of you have given me very helpful advices on my other threads. I am really happy that I am not on this journey alone.

I had no urge to check my fb today. I'm moving on bit by bit and it's great!

Thought of the day: I love myself so much that it will be great to find someone who love me as much as I did!

No one does anything here to attract someone’s attention people in this are just sharing common positive thoughts, they don’t know each other, why anyone would do this to attract attention??
Sharing your problem and getting positive reverts on it, gives courage to handle it smartly.
Keep reading threads and time will come you will become positive and your thoughts will become positive….
