Hello guys. =D I have not been looking on this forum since 3 days ago. I was away to another forum to learn my new level of the law. The Neuro-Linguistic Programming. I learned a new technique to relieve the limiting beliefs because I find that although the Law of Attraction says " Release resistance! Release Resistance! ", it's not going to work because no matter how you are doing that, you are actually being controlled by your sub-conscious with a big doubt that says " NO IT'S NOT! " even though you did not notice it. So I am going to give some guide on " How to remove your limiting resistances TRULY towards your desire relationship. " by the method of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
PLEASE READ:* Just in case if you guys want to know what is NLP. It just like a technique(in the term of Law of Attraction, because this forum is Law of Attraction) that helps to release your limiting beliefs. Some of you may use Meditation, Self-Hypnosis, Sedona Method, Abraham or many more. *
This guide is for " Specific and Exact Relationship ".
NOT " Looking for a specific relationship. "
I will introduce 3 simple LoA[NLP] techniques to stages for RELATIONSHIPS!
1. First is for you to release your limiting beliefs for your relationship that happened in the past.
Example: Ohh'! We have been quarreling daily
2. Second is for you to release your limiting beliefs for your relationship that is right now.
Example: Done with Step 1, now let's build the confidence with me and him/her.
3. Third is for you to increase your motivations so that the universe can take CHARGE!
Example: Done with Step 2, I am ready for her. Now let it manifest!
 -> Movie Music - This works for people who meet an unpleasant memory everyday. It can be a personal relationship problem that happens every time, but it has to be low and medium negative feelings on it. A small or trivial matter that happen everyday in your life. You have to stop them NOW if not you will keep attracting them.
1. Begin to think of an everyday difficulty. Recall a time that you were disappointed or embarrassed with your relationship. Now as you think of this specific thought, notice the images and the sound come to the mind. Just like watching a movie inside your mind. When you have finished from the beginning to the end, notice how you feel.
2. Now, add some music that mismatches the feelings you got from the movie you just watched. For example, if you have a bad feeling on that situation, put a music that is silly, funny. Cartoon music or whatever.
3. Repeat the movie again that you have watched in your mind earlier. This time, watch it with the music that you have picked. Continue watch the movie from beginning to the end.
4. Now, your feelings have changed. You have did it correctly if your negative feeling to that situation is either greatly reduced or neutralized. If you have not feel any effect at all, change the music and do it again.
 -> Circle of Excellence - Confidence build to actually release your contradictions. This is actually a technique that you could transfer confidence from the past to the future.
1. Stand up, and let yourself go back in your memory to a time when you were very confident. Now visualize and feel, seeing and hearing how's the confident situation in your life that was before.
2. As you are building up the confidence in you, imagine a colored circle on the floor around your feet. Choose any color you like and any sound if you want to actually represent that as a " Circle of Excellence ". When you could feel the confidence has reached to the maximum, step out of the circle and leave those confident inside the circle.
3. Now think of a specific time in your future when you want to have the same feeling of confidence. Maybe a relationship probably. Since you are watching this section, you should be pursuing for a relationship right ? See and what you hear just before you want to feel confident on that situation.
4. As soon as those cues are clear in your mind, step back into the circle and feel those confident feelings again. Imagine that situation is unfolding with the maximum confidence in you.
5. Now step out of the circle again, leaving those confident feelings there in the circle. Outside the circle, take a moment and think again of that upcoming event. You will find you will automatically recall those confident things. This means you have programmed yourself and subconscious mind correctly. You will feel better about it. When it arrives, you will find yourself naturally responding more confidently. In Law of Attraction sense, you have confidence you would success the desire with no worries! Take this as a practice!
 -> Increasing Motivation - Now let me add some fuel of positive in it. =D
1. Maybe you have done step 1 and 2, you are ready for your partner, but how do you actually start it or make it happen ? Think of something that you know would be valuable for you to do, but you have a hard time getting around to doing it.
2. Pause to ask all yourself if any part of you has any objection to your actually carrying out this task or goal. BE SENSITIVE TO ALL OBJECTIONS! If you can't easily satisfy any objections that do come up, think of something else that no part of you objects to.
You: I want to marry her.
Your Inner voice/Sub-conscious: She is older than you.
You: Never mind, if she is older, I can give her more respect and better times.
* I found that " I don't know! I will let Law of Attraction do it for me! It's not my job to find out! " may not work for some serious goal or matters. The only way is not to resist, but find a way to deal. Don't come and tell me there's no solution because there's no questions without a solution.
Anyway, you have to find an alternative way to actually smoothe your objections to " Oh! Really? Then, I don't have any objection now. "
3. Think of the end result of getting this task done. NOT the process of doing the work, but the positive results and benefits to you. How will you gain in many ways from getting this done? How do you think about these benefits now?
4. Now change the sub-modalities*. Make these images bigger, closer, more colorful, etc. Add in pleasant sound, encouraging voice or whatever else makes you attractive and compellingly motivating to you. Keep doing this until you feel strongly attracted to this task or goal. In terms of Law of Attraction, this means that you feel encourage to do what you want without any disbeliefs PLUS the positive results you see and feel will attract what you want! So it's actually the power of LOA and NLP!
*The components that makes up a sensory modality. In the visual modality, it will be colorful, brightness, focus, dimensionality or whatever.
I have done with this. And by the way, this is not a magic spell that you do it once. The more the better the best result! Do it as many times as possible! One or two times may not feel anything yet. Do it daily, maybe the best time to do is when you wake up. //I don't know if before sleep works.

Align yourself from worries and fear then to goals. Not from the start of fear and worries head to the goal, you will find many people could not get it. All the Best!
