Visualization: What do you visualize?

I thought it's be interesting to see how other visualize their things coming into reality. Like I always for some reason see myself in a big event with heaps of people I know past and present. It's almost like I've returned from somewhere cause all the attention is on me I look AMAZING, I'm vibrant, happy, bubbly, vivacious and everyone in the room sees me, but I'm happy independently also. I'm with my cherished friends but I run into old friends, exes etc and everything is fine like all the frequency is cleared up. It's almost like my perfect life and how I would imagine it! Is that the right way to visualize? Cause in the visualizations, I'm so incredibly happy I get to a point where I'm so in them I think they're real!

So I guess what I'd like to know is: How do you visualize when visualizing and what??? x

This is good... as long as it brings you positive vibes, it's great... :-)

As per me...I make it more complicated sometimes - I make my monthly list first - begining of every month I write down things I want...and then start visualizing those I concider most important for this specific moment...

As long as it feels good, you're have way there.

I flip between seeing myself in the images and not seeing myself in the images, but through my own eyes. I'm not sure which works best and there seems to be some conflict between all the teachers.

I just do it regularly. In my vision board film. I have everything or most things that I want on it, and every 10 or so screen I come burst through one image.   This is the way I tell my brain the universe, yes, this is for me and what I want.

Just one thing, you said, It's almost like my perfect life.  Why not make it your perfect life?  It can always change as you change.
