Tip for settings for sending love/healing/seduction and so on

I noticed that a couple of people were posting about their worries that when they send love to an ex they wish to attract back, that the ex may feel it is coming from the new partner, or that the person sending love inadvertantly thinks of the new partner.

I send my partner Reiki as our situation is quite infected at the moment and my priority is to heal our situation foremost before I move on to the next stage (and it is really working).

I too have found this very hard. I know my partners apt inside and out but when I try and send him healing or love I can't use the apt as the setting as I just end up thinking of his new gf being there!

I have two places I use in meditation. A beach and a forest with a brook. I sometimes use this setting, always checking with myself first if it is OK to invite him into these personal spaces. I don't always want him there.

Otherwise I have been using a universe setting. I literally picture us hovering in the middle of the universe. Here there is no other interference and my thoughts are able to flow to him and him only. I picture us sitting cross legged in the middle of space. Sounds strange but it really works.

So if you are having problems finding a setting to send thoughts to your loved one because it reminds you of something or you get visions of a new partner or whatever, try and find a completely neutral setting and work from there.

It really does work for me and most of the time feels very powerful.
