Well, I already wrote about problems with my job and that I want to work for myself. This was my dream job, but it's not what I've expected. I wasn't easy to get it, and later I was so disappointed. I had I terrible social anxiety, and it was impossible for me to work. Later, after a therapy, I got this job and it was a big thing to work with people every day. And our work depends on communication with clients.
I became very good in it, but I have a problem with my bosses. Everyone in the company does. Now we work double shifts every day for the same pay.

For a long time I couldn't decide what I wanna to do next.
Now I want to become an online freelancer. A freelancer is a self-employed person who pursues a profession without a long-term commitment to any particular employer. I did a little research. I have found a few websites that offer services like this. Employers post jobs and employees can apply for them and offer their price. It's a little complicated but I heard that really works. Some people from my country do it and It's not a scam.
I know a lot about computers and I also study IT. I know a lot about administrative work. I have a wide knowledge about IT, but I didn't specialize anything yet. I do a little web design, Flash animation and design, some CMS portals (Joomla), and a lot more things. I will soon learn to program at my university. But this is not professional enough. I need a way to get experience.
The good thing is that I can work for people all over the world. There is no limits. For example: A Flash developer in USA earns 150 $ per hour (WOW), and here you are considered to be lucky if you earn 5 $ per hour. Money is much more valuable here.
I can also organize my time and work from every place with an internet connection. I own all equipment and I can get any software in the world very easy, I already have a lot of it. I love IT, it's my hobby.
Also I could be virtual assistant for example. Like office assistant that works from home for any employer in the world. Maybe for more than one. I already have some experience in this since my job has some parts of this. Most freelancers do jobs like this.
This would be a true professional freedom. I need to work on this, but I believe it's possible. It's a big jump from where I am now. That's exactly what I need.
What do I do now? Should I work on this all the time, or take it easy? Now I want to invest all my time in this, but is that good? What's the best way to achieve this.
So what do you think?
