THANK YOU! i tried it yesterday and could really see a change in how people were responding in my presence. i also got a nice compliment from something who knows me already for months, but never said that before..... after only one round of tapping already, so there is something to it too.

I was just wondering.. does the affirmation has to be repeated while tapping or it can be different as we wish....

Yes, search on you tube there are tapping for different situations.Basically tapping helps to remove the blocks or negatives that we have for our desires.You can say what ever you like what ever way you like.first round is accepting the blocks or fears, and as more rounds go by you feel the burden of those fears have lessened.Hope this helps

Hi.... I don't know whether I did it right or wrong...... but I have been doing it for few days... I feel exhausted and tired... is it normal?

but the weird thingy is I have been dreaming almost every night, I dreamed my love, the one whom I love come to me unexpectedly.... it feel nice though..... hehehe..... is it normal?

She said in one of the video you dont have to say it out, but i find it more effective to get the emotion of it. But yea either way works, whatever is best for you

Depends.. some days I tap 3x a day.. and other days not at all. I notice when I tap often, I feel much better!

i believe this happens because you are thinking about the one you love while tapping, maybe? also the exhaust feeling may come from shifting energy, from negative to positive. i am not a steady EFT practitioner but it sounds normal to me. i am willing to give it a go, tho.

I tap every night, usually 3-4 rounds or until my hand gets tired. Things have been good since I started tapping. I don't feel down anymore and have been sleeping very well

Ok have to say THANK YOU AGAIN stef for those vids.. Did 3 tapping rounds of miracles, and 1 of removing resistance (and changed up a line or two of hers to make it more applicable to my situation) --- I am vibrating so high now!!! Buzzing around!!
