Please, Please help me

How do you guys get to a happy place. Without focusing on my problems I just want to rise above it and be the person that I truely am. I just feel like I need some TLC from me. I just need good vibration around me to inspire me and help me with my confidents. Thank you for the one's that do reply. :)

toffeecrumble: know that the person you want to be, is already inside of you.

You can try doing "I am..." affirmations. Practice loving and appreciating yourself everyday by listing all the things you love about you. And most importantly, practice gratitude by writing down the things you are grateful for each day.

whenever i feel stuck, i do something i love doing (e.g. games, yoga, etc.). really helps you get into the flow. hope that helps! :)

The best advice anyone seemed to give me is spend time doing things you enjoy and really enjoy it.  Of course I spent a long time trying to do that and forever being incapable of enjoying myself until I learned about another set of factors:

Some people have something in their subconious mind that prevents them from feeling joy and those blockages will have to be removed.  Some schools of thought say that people have trouble because of psychic attack, psychic hooks, cords, barbs, or implants which can reak havoc with everything in your life.  Removal of things like that alone can cure health problems cause a sudden postive shift in a persons health, love life, career, and income.

Assuming their is nothing like that going on the next option a person might have is called a space clearing, since everything in our envoirments accumulates energetic imprints from the bio-electrical feilds of every life form it comes in contact with and our bio-electrical feilds are influenced by our envorinment space clearing is the practice of removing those imprints from our sourndings so they don't continue to influence us (after spending about a year sick just giving my bedroom a once over and moving around some furniture did wonders for me, and I was only able to do one room, the effects would have been much stronger if I could have done it for the whole house)

Another way I keep myself in a happy place is this: I watch alot of TV, but I try to favor TV shows that make me feel good about life over all (or at least parts of life over all) or shows that make you feel grateful for something.  For example it's true I love TV shows that show portrails some of the sickest fictional criminals out there, but while I am watching that TV show I used it as a reminder to thank god for the cops who keep us all safe.  How I react to those TV shows tells me something about my over all vibrational rate (I watch the news and I think about how a problem could be solved, or solved better)

Lastly alot of people talk about how you should meditate and exorise, and recommend all sorts of things they might enjoy, but their advice isn't for everyone.  Try it once or twice you'll know if it's for you pretty quickly.

Sometimes it is just flat out hard to do.  Sometimes you just have to feel the sadness for a bit.  However, when you are done there are different tools you can use.

I personally like binaural beats.

I read more recently that the way to let the bad feelings go is to feel them in full for 90 seconds supressing absolutly nothing of that feeling.  90 seconds of fully feeling those emotions will cause your bodies bio-chemical reaction to those emotions to take place and their full course.  I don't know how acurate this information because I've never consiously tried it, but it's worth consiering.

In life, there is always up and down, it is always up to us how we wanna feel or what we wanna feel about
the whole thing...
You know LOA, you learn about LOA right? Deep inside you know really well how it works.. use it...
LOA really does work, whether you like it or not.... it is happening around you giving you what you focus on..
Focus on yourself... make yourself happy to the maximum... do things that you love and be happy...
Tell yourself this... I want to be happy, I am feeling happy, I am truly deeply happy...
Focus on the happy things.... if there is ever a negative thoughts or feelings, don't hide it, don't ignore it... but embrace with it... deal with it and slowly change to a positive thoughts. Stop focusing on your problem but don't ignore it...deal it with a positive ways... always accept that everything happens for a reason and the reason is always awesome for you..

Sending lots and lots of love, positive vibes...........

Hi thanks for your reply. I guess I get sad at times because of loneliness, feeling left out and disappointment. I really don't want to focus on it too much. So I'd rather just try my best to be happy now. I can really relate to what you said. When I feel sad I accept it and in the back of my head I know I have the ability to make myself feel good again.

"TLC from me" has a beautiful ring to it  :) :)

One thing i like to do is go out to nature, away from the sound of cars/etc, leave my cellphone/mp3 player off or just not have it with me, and walk around, look at the trees, hug the trees, be silly, dance around, feel the grass on my feet sometimes taking off my shoes if i'm feeling adventurous, but mostly just be out out there and let go, stay grounded, knees slightly bent, letting thoughts go into the earth or wherever, trusting the Universe that no matter what happens, it's a safe place to be.

You can lie down on your back, feel the connection to the earth, and look up at the sky--noticing the place where the trees meet the sky, and relax your eyes and observe the energy around the trees, and the way the balls of light change in that area, can give you a sense of the bigger picture, and the way you are connected to all things.

Run around, yelling whatever you want to the universe, if you're alone or with friends you trust... clearing out your system in nature can be so awesome. I like to do this alone just because it gives me a chance to tap into who I am as a unique person, which i sense is what you want to do.

Also, and this was a big one: just literally forcing yourself to smile, even if it looks silly (my smiles look pretty ridiculous sometimes). Actually, especially if it does! You can look at yourself in the mirror doing a funny fake smile, and see how funny it looks, and it will turn into a real smile. Telling the person in the mirror "I love you" can be very satisfying, because they always say it back!

Then i saw a picture of him & his family & i started thinking if hes happy then who am i to say he should be with me .. i dont know if hes happy or not..i want him to be happy, i just wish he was happy with me...I wish he'd miss me... Of course i dont know & maybe he really does. I guess thats all thats bothering me...it'd just be nice to know Im missed i guess :\ i guess that & also today Im at an event that i go with him every year..& this year its without him. Brandy we talk once a week...he texts me asking how i am...and believe me Im grateful. But the texts dont make up for his physical presence.

I assumed that karma was the same as the amount of thank yous you have received, but a few people especially older members have karma and thank you numbers that are different from each other. I was confused on that, and so funny u asked when I was going to!!
