The best advice anyone seemed to give me is spend time doing things you enjoy and really enjoy it. Of course I spent a long time trying to do that and forever being incapable of enjoying myself until I learned about another set of factors:
Some people have something in their subconious mind that prevents them from feeling joy and those blockages will have to be removed. Some schools of thought say that people have trouble because of psychic attack, psychic hooks, cords, barbs, or implants which can reak havoc with everything in your life. Removal of things like that alone can cure health problems cause a sudden postive shift in a persons health, love life, career, and income.
Assuming their is nothing like that going on the next option a person might have is called a space clearing, since everything in our envoirments accumulates energetic imprints from the bio-electrical feilds of every life form it comes in contact with and our bio-electrical feilds are influenced by our envorinment space clearing is the practice of removing those imprints from our sourndings so they don't continue to influence us (after spending about a year sick just giving my bedroom a once over and moving around some furniture did wonders for me, and I was only able to do one room, the effects would have been much stronger if I could have done it for the whole house)
Another way I keep myself in a happy place is this: I watch alot of TV, but I try to favor TV shows that make me feel good about life over all (or at least parts of life over all) or shows that make you feel grateful for something. For example it's true I love TV shows that show portrails some of the sickest fictional criminals out there, but while I am watching that TV show I used it as a reminder to thank god for the cops who keep us all safe. How I react to those TV shows tells me something about my over all vibrational rate (I watch the news and I think about how a problem could be solved, or solved better)
