Made my second website yesterday. Just wrote first post. Needs little more work before going online, but I'm so grateful that I have a chance to work online. This is my long time dream ;)

Today I met an other new person! I was sitting at a coffee shop waiting for a meeting to start when a man asked if he could sit at my table (it was a lot of empty seats). We started talking about life and what is important and that you should follow your hart. He wrights poems and we had a wonderful talk. I guess I am starting to attract interesting people!! I feel grateful!

I dont know about good necessarily but I watched the movie and felt this incredible feeling as if everything fit and everything made sense. I found myself with this incredible energy put simply a light bulb went off. I wanted my wife to see this immediately and she spent the entire movie tearing it down and basically ragging on me for believing in this. I really thought this would be eye opening to her and bring her to a new understanding as to how to control emotions and focus on the good in life for a change. I dont know if you would call it good like I said but this movie was really the icing on the cake for me in terms of I really dont think Im with the right person.

I understand where you are coming from.  However, you are married to a woman you felt was the one for you.  You CAN change her behavior.  The way you do this is by making statements to yourself, how grateful you are for her love and support ("I am grateful for {insert name}'s love and support""I am grateful for her open mind and willingness to share in my experience")  This is a hard concept but I can assure you it works.  I have done it with my boyfriend during the past eight months and EVERYTHING I am grateful has come true.  Just feel the kindness and the love.  The changes WILL come.  There is also another person in the forum whose husband had moved out after she recovered from a serious illness.  She was devastated and came here for help.  Her last update was that he was moving back in and she couldn't be more blessed.

Let me know how it goes.

Yes I completely understand and am more than willing to work on all of it. Its going to be difficult mainly because of her destructive behavior with drinking heavily and mood swings, etc. But I'll just keep on focusing on all the positives and maintain that outlook on life even if it drives her nuts. Hopefully the power of this will eventually show her the way. The most amazing thing is happening to me since I watched this, I dont care anymore. I mean I obviously care about things but in a totally different way than before I am just not letting things bother me nearly to the extent that they did before. Im loving my time with my kids more than ever and just looking forward to everything. I was never a very depressed person by any means and have always had a very positive outlook on things but now its beyond anything it has ever been. Its amazing at how such a simple shift in thought can open up this whole new level of consciousness.

@Vepra1776 I can definitely relate.  My boyfriend used to drink a lot.  I started making statements to myself how grateful I am for his sobriety, understanding, patience, etc.  The Universe brought on some events to help my bring forth what I desired.  Don't get me wrong, it has been a journey.  However, well worth the trip.  I promise you, if you are truly grateful for her sobriety, stable mood, love and support as though it already exists, you will find the Universe will put things into action to help you get exactly what you want.

Keep me updated.

  • Erana: I think the person was just finding random reasons to be angry and rant, since nothing they said made any sense. First they make a post seemingly offended at what others think of Jesus, but upon trying to have a conversation about it they claimed they didn’t care about Jesus. That’s when I gave up. Anyway, I am going to pretend this ‘episode’ never happened, lest we attract them back  ;)

  • Mr Brightside: Blame is pointless, since you have the control.. getting angry at other people is completely illogical since it has nothing to do with them

  • siamesegirl: There's no wonder threads get deleted if people go around ranting and calling others retards. I wonder if they go around doing this in real life? For what it's worth I'm not a fan of Abraham Hicks as channelling is difficult for me to believe in. I do agree some of their stuff has value for example the emotional guidance scale. But blamed some law of attraction teacher for what someone chose to do themselves is passing the buck. Over the last few months I've seen several posters disappear because they can't follow basic forum guidelines.

Perhaps if you'd made a post in the relevant section of the forum as a proper discussion you may have received some comments and feedback. I don't think you expressed your opinion clearly at all

  • RollingRock33: @Magneta. I completely disagree. Being compassionate toward those who are undeserving shows kindness on our part, and therefore not only brings our energy higher, and attracts better things toward us, but also makes a difference in their lives, and brings them happiness and things to be grateful for. No offense, but what you said is really childish and unkind, and also causes greater blocks in our own energy; selfishness.
