Is There a Wrong Way to Meditate?
« on: October 27, 2020, 10:10:00 PM »
So I have had a few people asking me, or rather informing me that they cannot meditate and they must be doing it wrong. Well, they weren't;t. And I am pretty sure that if in your mind you are thinking the same thing, that you are not doing it wrong either!

You can't really do it wrong when meditating. You can simply get better at it with practice.

This post should help to clear up some doubts and help assure you that you are doing it  ''all right'
