What was one old meditating blog post from last year is now to revamped posts with bits popped in extra and a FREEBIE

Been cropping and chopping an old post from last year. Given it a revamp, and split it in two. Bits took out, and more put in makes it look and feel like a pretty new post. At the end, I have a link for you to download FREE a Basic Meditation to try out, on pdf. So, I've completed part one and the freebie and republished that one. Part two is still in draft for now until tomorrow. So this one has types of meditations, myths and fats, and the free sheet. The next has meditation tips, and what to do when and if you cannot meditate. The alternative. That post should be coming in tomorrow.

So, I hope you enjoy. If you have read this post from last year, then take a read any and check out its facelift.

Many thanks all

Eve xx
