Gimme a report on the videos that you watched, and the specific visuals you are using for your nightly method. And confirm that you've gone through the entire nightly method post including the embedded links, and you understand it all.

Below is my maldives holiday plan in specifics:

2 week holiday at Maldives

-   No money, effort on my part, or my family to get this holiday
-   Six Senses Laamu Resort, Sunset Laamu Water Villa with pool or Ocean Water villa with pool.
-   The picture attached is the exact villa that I want to stay in.

https://www.sixsenses.com/assets/six_senses_gyro/content/downloadables/SSLM_Factsheet_Nov17_2016.pdf

Videos that I have watched:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cw2CqnWpSvI

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Joi9MpAJOvQ

Specific visuals that I am using for my nightly session:

Scene 1: My mates (whom i met on my holiday) and I stand on the villa balcony overlooking the ocean, and then i shout, "you ready guys? ready ready..." and then I push both my mates into the ocean first (they are totally unprepared and shocked of course), then I shout "here I come", and jump into the ocean to join them. And then I feel the refreshing cold water and my head pops out of the sea water again.

Scene 2:

And yes, i have read the entire nightly method and Neville's link, and understood them all. It's easy, and not hard at all.
And I will try my first nightly session tonight!

Good. You specified a time length for your holiday. And all the rest, including the videos, (but excluding the cougar), are very good visuals as well. You'll have no trouble visualising anything related to that.

Excellent. Very vivid. Reading it made me feel it without any visualisation. So it will be very strong and pleasant indeed for you as the guy this is happening to.

Scene 2:

Where is this ? And there is supposed to be a scene 3 as well.

Follow my instructions properly !

Day 1 (12/1/2019)

I just woke up. Let me report back to you on my first nightly session :)

The one scene that I used:
My mates (whom i met on my holiday) and I stand on the villa balcony overlooking the ocean, and then i shout, "you ready guys? ready ready..." and then I push both my mates into the ocean first (they are totally unprepared and shocked of course), then I shout "here I come", and jump into the ocean to join them. And then I feel the refreshing cold water and my head pops out of the sea water again.

My Experience:

Problems:
I went to bed earlier last night and I laid on my side, closed my eyes and did the imaginary sessions.

At first, it was weird. It felt like I was trying to "conjure up" something. I felt dizzy and a bit disoriented trying to focus on the imaginary scene. (Not that I was distractedó my mind was not wandering off to other topics and thoughts. I was perfectly focused on my imaginary session. it was just that I found it hard to create the imaginary scene in my mind and feeling it in the 1st person).

My first problem was that I couldn't "engage" myself in the first person view perfectly and the whole time. I was slipping in and out of my scenes.
Second, sometimes I was just seeing the whole scene in 3rd person.

Insights gained:
Now, I persisted with it and I had a breakthrough and here's what I discovered:

1. Do not focus on the specific details, overemphasise on certain aspects of the scene and try to forcefully control the scene using your mind. Also, do not try to be too conscious and aware of everything in your scene. For example, I am not forcefully and specifically focusing on the image of the ocean, or the overall surrounding of the resort, or the deck that I am standing on... Instead, try to be "general" and "impressionistic" in your approach, "be in the flow" and not controlling.

2. In order to do the above, I need to adopt the attitudes:
more relaxed, take it easy, have fun with the scenes, and not be perfectionistic and trying to get it "right".

3. Accept that the scenes can be imperfect and not very real. There may be flaws in mentally creating the scenes for now. BUT, as long as they create the feeling, it's fine and the scenes will only keep on improving.

Interestingly, the above 3 points = creating a scene that is super vivid, super real, super effortless, super fun and super "felt".

My overal experience

Let me summarise last night's experience briefly. I went to bed early, and then laid on my side and then did the imaginary scenes.
I encountered problems at first, but as I kept doing the scenes again and again, I soon figured out how to do it (the above 3 points).
I did the scenes over and over again. The feeling came very easily and naturally, and I washed myself over and over again in the feelings of joy, excitement and fun of diving into the ocean with my friends. However, the scenes were not perfect. I did not visualise everything and sometimes the scenes just felt weird (like there were flaws in my scene in terms of my visualisation, and sometimes I was only visualising fragments of it) But I didn't let it stop me. The sceness created the feelings anyway and that was good with me.

As I kept doing the scenes, the scenes got better and easier. And the feelings got stronger.

Since I was just having so much fun and excitement jumping into the ocean, there was a long long time I couldn't fall asleep lol.
However, now that I am recalling last night, it seemed like I did somehow fell asleep eventually with my scenes.

I will continue with my nightly session again tonight. Looking forward to it already!

Yes yes I know.
So far I only managed to come up with one scene only. (this scene came to me as an inspiration during the day)
I will keep on trying to come up with my second and third scenes. Give me some time. I can't rush this.

It is not rocket science, and the key is not the scene but the feelings it evokes. In the nightly method email, I even showed you how to come upon the relevant scene through simple daydreaming alone.

You can even sit and think about this right now.

I give you 15 minutes from the time you read this message, to figure it out. I wanted to give you just 10 minutes, but your thought process around your first NM session was good, so you get a little more.

Snap your fingers now and hear that snap. Hold your fingers close to you ears and literally snap them now. Hear that sound.

It can all disappear and become worthless, just like that. Snap! You've had a few signs and greater understanding about the loa.

All this can come to nothing. Just like that.

Do not underestimate the power of the dark Soupafrog'sô frog's soup! Fight it all the time, whenever it rears its ugly head.  If not you will do something or refrain from doing something, that will provoke a loss of patience from me.

And at the end of my patience, is the reemergence of your tadpole's tail.

Second Scene:

I am on a plane flying to the maldives. While the Pilot is making his announcement, "Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We will be landing at Male International Airport shortly...the weather looks fine with a temperature of ...", I peer out of the window and I can see the vast blue ocean with all the little islands . There are different shades of blue in the ocean: some waters are light, bright blue, while others are darker blue. Normally, the waters around the islands are light blue. At the same time, everybody on the plane is peering out of the window too and people are all getting excited. Some of them exclaim, "look at the ocean. Isn't it beautiful? Oh my god..." Everyone is "wowing" and expressing amazement at the beautiful scenes of the ocean below. I keep staring out of the window and feeling very happy and excited.

Third Scene:

I am on a speedboat with my friends. The boat is going really fast. I stand on the front deck and I can feel the wind brushing my hair, feel the warmth of the sunshine on my face and smell the salty, fresh "seaweed" scent of the ocean. I use one hand to grip a handle (so that I won't lose balance and accidentally fall off the boat), and I spread my other arm wide open towards the open sea. I can feel the speed of the boat and I can see the beautiful blue sea in front of me. Since I am so happy and I feel like I am in paradise, I scream with with excitement and with all my might (like a madman)m "This is amazing!!!!!!"

Fight it all the time, whenever it rears its ugly head.

OK, I will bear this in mind.

Also,

You wrote that people with depression cannot use LOA effectively and they should seek help from psychiatrist instead.

Can you elaborate on this?
I mean, going to find a psychiatrist is not really going to help because all they give you is pills for you to take (so i heard) and western medicine does not really cure the mind.
If so, then a depressed person is doomed then? What can he do? Basically, how to rescue one's self from depression, or other mental problems, like anxiety, OCD, PTSD...

(I have read that you will post your DDT page sometime later. Also, this topic is not really a pressing matter for me. It's just something I am really interested in.)

Scene 1 and 2 are approved. Scene 3 is not as it is too stimulating in terms of sensory input.

I have an idea about scene 3. Let me think about it and get back to you. For the next 7 days, just use 1 and 2. And remember, don't use both at the same time.

The world is not your problem right now. Focus on your mission. You should literally only have ONE objective in your life right now. Mastering your life. As part of that, you will study, get good grades, clean your room, be a good son, go swimming and stay healthy, and follow my instructions to the letter and eventually, SHOW ME THE MONEY.

And who told you that? And why did you believe it?

Of course, some drugs, cure the brain and hence the mind. Others don't cure, but they help you manage your brain such that you can be mentally stable and functional in life again. That may be good enough for the loa.

If so, then a depressed person is doomed then? What can he do? Basically, how to rescue one's self from depression, or other mental problems, like anxiety, OCD, PTSD...

Many people can become stabilised through an appropriate course of medications.

But those with with incurable mental problems, or those who refuse to take the medication consistently, will most likely not be able to consciously use the loa consistently. There are no public domain non-medical self administered procedures to sort this out, currently.

They need to persuade someone to pray for them and heal their brain. After that, when they are normalised mentally, they can do the nightly method, affirmations, etc. If not, they are indeed screwed.

Ah yes. Forgot. Later.

Thank you for taking the time. That would be interesting to read.

And yes i'm sure her blog posts have all kinds of stuff that is irrelevant. You are wise to focus on the facts and ignore the rest.

btw, what is alignment, vibration, and resistance ? Is is faith, mood, and unbelief, just clothed in different words to make the fake loa guru who originally came up with it sound like a sophisticated expert and thus extract money from people even if it means confusing them long term ?

In my opinion, but Iím hardly an expert just a girl with desires lol! I believe that vibration is how you are communicating out to the universe, your core energy of who you are, your alignment is how your vibration is in relation to what it is you desire, therefore if you desire love you would want your core energy and vibration to be of love, resistance is any belief that you hold that keeps you out of alignment with your desire. Iím sure there are plenty of people who know much much more about it than me. Power vs Force is a great book to understand the important of our vibrational energy and itís refleftion in the world around us. :)

Tadpole,.

Rewrite what she said, exactly, but in plain english without the loapornstar words.

LOAPornstars are people who own Soupafrogô franchises and sell frog's soup to the unwary. You can figure out the rest.

No offense, but what you said is really childish and unkind, and also causes greater blocks in our own energy; selfishness.
