My dad and his debt
« on: December 04, 2018, 10:15:32 PM »
Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone had a similiar situation to me, or if anyone has any thoughts and suggestions.

It's about my Dad - he is flooded with debt. He runs a business which is not doing quite well and his debts only keep getting bigger, and bigger, we are all scared that he won't be able to manage it anymore soon, and that his business is going to fail leaving him without any money to live with, not to mention that he will also lose everything he owns. I know that debts are because of this individual's fault but what's done is done, and we can't reverse the time, so now I want to think how to help him. He's being really depressed because of that, which I'm not surprised he is, I'm really scared about him too.

I feel kind of guilty that I can't help him myself - I do make a pretty big amount of money, however I also live in London (he doesn't live in the UK), and need to support myself. Did anyone use law of attraction to help their loved ones? Also, do you have any tips on attracting more money into your life? The only remedy I can think of right now is to win the lottery, however I don't think I can ever get myself to the point of feeling as if it has already happened, I tend to be really stressed when it comes to money in general, and that's my another problem too.

Anyone has any thoughts?

omg i'm sorry to hear that. but dont give up on your dad, if he is undergoing financial problems be there for him even though you are far way by advising him to subliminal techniques in order for him to take an action, regain his faith and be wise and strong enough to face this. take this subs and be a bridge to him by helping him out. i hope u have the time to check this, https://tinyurl.com/kgmjotd

i can relate because my mom's been there too..her salary cant pay enough for me and my 3 sister's school tuition that she had to borrow money from friends, family and co workers until it piled up. It's difficult at first but if your dad sets his mind right, this will be fixed.

goodluck!

Really ?

If you really love your dad, read and practise this :

http://realneville.com/txt/the_pruning_shears_of_revision.htm

If you really love your dad, it will take you about 3 months of daily effort. Persist even if he goes bankrupt along the way. When time is reversed, all this will not matter. As a side benefit, you will learn a good loa technique that you can later apply to your own career situations.

Meanwhile, do not lend him money to bail his business out, you are only throwing good money after bad at this stage. If he needs money for the roof over his head or to put food on the table, wire funds to the landlord directly and send him vouchers. Never send him significant amounts of cash directly...no matter what. He will be increasingly desperate and will even lie to get cash. But you do have an obligation to help him survive, because, as you said, you are making good money. So do that - be the first to do that.

And Dianne you are even more decrepit than thelittlecow to use the op's very genuine situation to hawk your cowshit.

This is a good idea, and I agree with it (though OP doesn't say her father has bad money habits).

Lara, I get stressed about money too, but I find that stressing or being depressed about it doesn't help and gets in the way of us making things better. I don't know if we can use Law of Attraction to help another person, we can only encourage them to practice it themselves.

There are two approaches your father needs to keep in mind. One, is the mental aspect of handling his business. Some businesses do go through "famine" seasons when the market slumps, but there is always something we can do to keep it afloat. I think dealing with depression should be your father's primary concern, so that he can free up his mental energy to be creative and come up with specific solutions to bring his business back to life. There are many techniques to deal with fear or depression, I personally like to use guided meditation about wealth to keep my mind focused and vibrant.

The second aspect is the business itself, as in the real steps to take. I have a business coach that helps me run a business, he is a person I can ask when I need guidance or troubleshooting. Perhaps your father can do the same, if he doesn't already have a coach? If a coach is too expensive, then at least read great books by business mentors (like Abraham Jay and his free library). Just one or two ideas can really turn a business around and maybe save your father's business.

Cheers,

Why dont you make a vision board of you and him together, things like your father is out of debt, what will you with the extra money... would you like to go on a vacation with him and spend all the money after he has cleared his debt.. I think its possible for you to attract doing good things with him... you can visualize having conversations with him how magical it was that he cleared his debt so quickly ... that a miracle happened in his life and saved him from the debt... its doable and manifestable. :)
