I did it
« on: December 03, 2018, 09:02:28 PM »
My ex and I had been together for 5years and then this year we had an unexpected pregnancy which resulted in a beautiful little girl but post natal depression on his part. I basically have raised her on my own, he was always out drinking and became mean towards me. We broke up 3monghs ago but have been having a mixdd signals break up since then. He says he still loves me but doesnt see a future and lots of other hurtful comments.

I told him to move out and that we are through. I feel sad that I have given my daughter such an unloving and selfish father but I am happy to have the self love within to get him to go. Its still a long way to go til he has completwly left our home but I am cleansing myself and the house and focusing on me and baby. After that, need to establish child visits which I can cope with and are beneficial to us both.

Love yourself. Dont let anyone bring you down. You are worth love, not drama and uncertainity.

Good for you to choose that path, the highest path.   Your ex obviously needs to heal a lot and he can only do that on his own when you give him and yourself Space.   It is a hard choice to make and someone close to me chose to be with the father in quite a similar situation, and they are facing struggles because they chose the path of fear instead.

it can be hard but he needs some fixing. surely he will heal and be well again. it takes a lot of work but right now you can focus to be a better version of you for him. that would be the greatest and kindest gift to him.
