Some successful visualisation trick
« on: October 10, 2018, 05:39:58 AM »
These have always worked for me...applying them on my current dream (to move back to my home country)

-I have calls to friends telling about what's just happened (new job, boyfriend, moving to new city-done it for all of these). I turn off my phone and use my walk to the bus as my daily 'phone call' to a mate/family to talk about how such & such just happened. I don't get into the how. I do this daily.

-I change all my passwords to affirmations, i.e: I'm happily married now etc

-I change all my device names to 'my mobile in London' etc

-All my desktop screen savers have been to places I wanted to live in and ended up moving to

-I used to get really upset when I saw cars like my exes, so now when I see one I thank my ex for letting me move back to my home country. Only been doing this for two days and I don't see cars like his anymore.

I think I've just made my life a walking vision board.

Anybody else have any other recommendations?

I like the idea of changing passwords to an affirmation.  That's a good idea.  I have to put in passwords every day, might as well use that opportunity to affirm and visualize what I want.

Yeah, I've just been looking at things I do on a regular basis and trying to form an affirmation around it. It's like catching a bus. The amount of times I'd get to my bus stop and say 'bet I just missed it-or bet there wont be one for ages'. You're actually creating a 'no bus event'. You have to force yourself to say 'the bus always arrives when I do' every effing time and gradually it will start to happen.
