Your most painful problem that you'd like to change
« on: October 06, 2018, 01:29:41 AM »
I'm curious as to what problems people are struggling most to change. For me it's been getting up early which is something I know a lot of people deal with. I'm learning not beating myself up over it and I've gotten better since starting to visualize my morning the night before. But I'd like to know what problem is most challenging for you?

Probably insecurity ;D
I struggled with it for a long time and I still slip up sometimes but I try to be aware of my self-worth at all times
