 https://youtu.be/PEixUwc0_LM The speaker in the video, me :), is the actual evidence of what he is talking about.  He successfully found and practiced a method to get more awareness (not meditation or mindfulness).  He then intentionally and consciously employed techniques to rewire his brain (neuroplasticity) and as a result, was able to write himself new default programs (dominant neural networks) of thought, speech, behavior and emotion. And when his brain changed, his life changed to match it. The evidence of his successful collaboration with his brain is his life transformation.  Hope you watch and use the tool!

Brilliant.
Last year in my attempt to be more awake during the day i used to set my alarm to go off every hour. Whenever it would vibrate with the message " wake up" i would take a moment to watch what i am thinking. Then i grew tired of doing it every hour. I think i will go back to it. It helps me refocus

Its interesting, others have commented that they had the same idea, as well; but oftentimes they add that they didn't act on it.
Agreed, you don't want to set it so often that it becomes annoying cause then you'll stop using the tool, which happened to me - I set it too much, at first.  Thanks for watching & commenting!

That's awesome.  How often did you set your alarm to go off?  Is every hour too much? Some watches beep every hour.  I wish I could find one that beeps every hour, but unfortunately none of them advertise that fact.

Hi, how often you set it depends on you, the rule of thumb:  don't set it so often that you stop setting it.
You don't want to get annoyed or irritated by it.  Do it when it feels right, on days when you are happy and
in the mood for experimentation and change.  Some days I didn't set it at all. Some days I set it a lot.
either way you'll get there.
How about using your cel phone?  that's what I did.  I didn't actually set the alarm clock with an actual time, I set the count down timer which has an alarm - a lot easier!
oh, and another way to use it is to set it more often in situations where you know you'll especially need it,
i.e. in situations that you know you slip into unwanted programs habitually.   ;)

  • Ankur Sancheti: The Website had space Issue. I had to delete lot of junk accounts and their posts & do database optimization. Without cleaning space the site can not run as it was over utilizing space (113%). Host suspended website till I could clean space. And it takes time to choose junk and clean it. I have my other priorities in life as well.
