If you are strong enough to let go for real it is. If not then I'm afraid it can end up being circles and circles.
People who can really move on and just let it happen without bothering even it doesn't happen are the ones who can not fall into the trap.
But it depends.

With posting on forums, visualization, remotely seducing, meditation, I sometimes wonder how anyone has time to go to work and run a house!

I don't spend a lot of time on this forum. I have timed my meditation and that takes 15 minutes at the most. Same for RS and I don't do that every day. Visualization is done here and there throughout the day, so doesn't interfere with anything.

I am a working girl.  I can't spare 15 mins for rs.  I don't care actually. I just try to rewire 'trash' that we have been drilled all those years.

I was in this grp discord. Ppl there used to be 24 hours online. I login once a month. I was that busy. Sometimes I  used to think, ppl are progressing bcoz they do 24/7 rs and Mt or what not. I was ok.  I couldn't even make small talks.

I am glad I left grps coz i found it hindered my progress. (that's something I realised and I feel relieved)

Initially when I started to do LOA. I used to do rs in lunch hour during office. Yes it was that crazy thing.  Daily I used to do rs and meditation. Stayed away from ppl. I used to Google stuff buy books and mp3. I have stopped it. Once I read abt Joseph murphy https://www.amazon.in/gp/aw/d/8192910962/ref=pd_aw_sbs_14_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=1Q16RZ05HXBRANWPX23Y

I stopped doing this shenanigans. Its all in mind. Since then I have tried to improvise my mind Power.

I really hope not. But sadly it looks that way for some.
