How to do more by thinking less
« on: December 07, 2017, 02:05:58 AM »
First do then think. You maybe heard of the quote that says first think then do, do the opposite of that! Do new things before your mind is telling you that it could be wrong or you could be judged. More doing less thinking leads to More happiness and less worry. To really live to that lifestyle its important to gain self trust first. That means trusting your heart and your impulses to do things without fear of any loss. I dont mean to do more big things like changing your life completly what i mean are the little but still important things in everyday life.

my question: How do you manage to think less?
